【摘要】：工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目是一個(gè)投資比較大,耗時(shí)比較長(zhǎng),涉及到的人員和部門比較多,而且技術(shù)要求也是比較高的領(lǐng)域。在我們常見的一些規(guī)模較大的項(xiàng)目施工整個(gè)階段,存在的很多危險(xiǎn)因素都會(huì)導(dǎo)致這個(gè)項(xiàng)目在施工中產(chǎn)生事故,危及生命健康和破壞環(huán)境等等方面。其中,建立安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)預(yù)警系統(tǒng)是及時(shí)和有效控制這些潛在的危險(xiǎn)因素的非常好的一種手段,目前在國(guó)內(nèi)外項(xiàng)目中應(yīng)用的也是很廣泛。本文首先通過對(duì)大量文獻(xiàn)和相關(guān)書籍的閱讀和知識(shí)的掌握,比較細(xì)致的分析和研究了建設(shè)項(xiàng)目安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理、預(yù)警系統(tǒng)和組織構(gòu)建的相關(guān)理論及方法,為后面安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)預(yù)警系統(tǒng)的構(gòu)建起到一個(gè)理論的依據(jù)。文章在第三部分對(duì)中國(guó)鐵建某商住樓項(xiàng)目的工程概況,工程特點(diǎn)和施工中的技術(shù)、施工重點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了介紹,并分析了該工程中在人員、材料、機(jī)械、方法和環(huán)境這五個(gè)大的因素中可能存在的危險(xiǎn)點(diǎn)。另外,以中國(guó)鐵建某商住樓項(xiàng)目為對(duì)象,對(duì)該項(xiàng)目可能存在的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)事件發(fā)生的內(nèi)外因素進(jìn)行了探究和分析。在第四部分,分析和概述了風(fēng)險(xiǎn)預(yù)警系統(tǒng)構(gòu)建的特點(diǎn)和原則�；谙惹暗陌踩L(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理和預(yù)警系統(tǒng)理論和方法的分析,構(gòu)建中國(guó)鐵建某商住樓項(xiàng)目的安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)預(yù)警系統(tǒng)。并且對(duì)各個(gè)子系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了展開說明,詳細(xì)的介紹了各子系統(tǒng)在安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)預(yù)警過程中各自的功能。最后,在工程安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理二級(jí)子系統(tǒng)的執(zhí)行過程中,提出運(yùn)用層次分析法構(gòu)建中國(guó)鐵建某商住樓項(xiàng)目的預(yù)警模型。通過運(yùn)用層次分析法首先利用判斷矩陣計(jì)算出權(quán)重,另外邀請(qǐng)專家對(duì)該項(xiàng)目各因素實(shí)際情況進(jìn)行打分,從而確定中國(guó)鐵建某商住樓項(xiàng)目的警情情況。根據(jù)該工程項(xiàng)目的警情結(jié)果和對(duì)影響因素的分析,知道該項(xiàng)目中存在的主要危險(xiǎn)來源于該工程的人員,方法,機(jī)械這三大塊,進(jìn)而針對(duì)于這三個(gè)主要影響該工程安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的因素,提出了相應(yīng)的安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制措施。
[Abstract]:Construction project investment is a relatively large, time-consuming, involving personnel and more departments and technical requirements are relatively high. In our common project, some of the larger construction of the stage, many risk factors will lead the project accident in construction, endanger life health and damage to the environment and so on. Among them, the establishment of security risk early warning system is a very good means of timely and effective control of the potential risk factors, the current application at home and abroad in the project is very extensive. This paper based on a large number of documents and related books and reading knowledge, detailed analysis on the construction of the project safety risk management, related theories and methods of early warning system and organization construction, for the construction of safety risk warning system behind the play a theory In the third part of the paper. On the basis of the Chinese railway construction of a building project survey, engineering characteristics and construction technology, key construction are introduced, and the analysis in the engineering personnel, materials, machinery, there may be danger point method and the environment of these five big factors. In addition, in order to Chinese the railway construction of a building project as the object, the internal and external factors that may exist in the project risk events for the exploration and analysis. In the fourth part, analyzes and summarizes the characteristics and principles of constructing the risk early-warning system. Analysis of safety risk management and early warning system theory and method based on the previous, security risk early warning system construction China the railway construction of a building project. And the subsystems were unfolded, detailed introduces the function of each subsystem in the security risk early warning process respectively. Finally, the engineering safety The implementation process of risk management of two sub system, proposed the use of AHP to establish early-warning model of Chinese railway construction of a building project. By using the method of AHP firstly using judgment matrix to calculate the weight of each factor, also invited experts on the project the actual situation to play, so as to determine the alarm situation of Chinese railway construction of a building according to the results of the project. The alarm of the project and analysis of the influence factors, know that the main source of danger in the project to the project personnel, methods, the three large pieces of machinery, and for the three main factors influencing the safety risk of the project, put forward corresponding risk control measures.
