【摘要】:據(jù)2015-2020年《加固工程行業(yè)前景投資分析報(bào)告前瞻》數(shù)據(jù)顯示,我國目前現(xiàn)有大批因超過了設(shè)計(jì)基準(zhǔn)期而有待加固的房屋,有約1/3的住宅安全儲(chǔ)備不足,城市的住宅結(jié)構(gòu)也逐漸進(jìn)入老齡化。另外,由于建設(shè)速度快,建筑基數(shù)龐大,難免在此過程中會(huì)出現(xiàn)各種結(jié)構(gòu)損傷亟待加固的房屋。而在實(shí)際工程中,對(duì)損傷構(gòu)件的加固采用有限元模擬比較的研究還比較少見;國內(nèi)目前在確定加固方案方面仍很大程度上依靠經(jīng)驗(yàn),采用有限元軟件進(jìn)行定量?jī)?yōu)選的研究也并不多見。本文通過一個(gè)工程實(shí)例,對(duì)不同位置的損傷鋼筋混凝土柱,即角柱、中柱和邊柱,進(jìn)行兩種加固方案(即增大截面法和外包型鋼法)的定量?jī)?yōu)選工作,以期對(duì)類似的加固工程提供一定的參考依據(jù)。首先,通過對(duì)框架邊柱、中柱、角柱的損傷狀況、破壞特征、受力機(jī)理的總結(jié),提出了考慮不同位置柱的不同特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行分類加固的思想。其次,通過對(duì)混凝土柱加固方式優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)的對(duì)比,對(duì)增大截面加固法和外包型鋼加固法兩種工程中應(yīng)用良好的方法進(jìn)行優(yōu)化選擇,并利用PKPM加固模塊對(duì)工程案例中的損傷柱進(jìn)行了兩種方法的加固設(shè)計(jì)。然后,利用有限元軟件ABAQUS分別對(duì)工程中的損傷邊柱、中柱、角柱建立9個(gè)分析模型,通過三種加載方式即位移,力,柱頂水平反復(fù)荷載,來全面模擬現(xiàn)實(shí)狀況下柱可能遭受的荷載工況,并通過對(duì)不同加載點(diǎn)的選取來區(qū)分角、邊、中柱的不同受力特點(diǎn),得到了柱反力-位移曲線,柱體混凝土等效塑性應(yīng)變(PEEQ)云圖、內(nèi)部鋼筋網(wǎng)的等效應(yīng)力(MISES)云圖、滯回曲線。最后得出如下結(jié)論:1)增大截面法和外包型鋼法都能大幅度提升鋼筋混凝土損傷柱的極限承載能力、抵抗變形能力和耗能能力,但提升幅度有所不同。2)增大截面法對(duì)三種位置柱的極限承載力提高能力和抵抗變形能力都較外包型鋼柱強(qiáng),尤其是極限承載力提升能力,比外包型鋼法多提升2倍以上。3)對(duì)于中柱,通過對(duì)三種加載方式下加固柱各性能提高比例的綜合比較,增大截面加固柱明顯優(yōu)于外包型鋼法,此結(jié)論符合工程實(shí)際。4)對(duì)于邊柱和角柱,增大截面法和外包型鋼法各有優(yōu)劣勢(shì),若實(shí)際工程中僅考慮極限承載能力和變形性能,增大截面法更優(yōu);如果考慮抗震性能,外包型鋼法更優(yōu)。
[Abstract]:According to the engineering industry investment analysis report data show that the reinforcement of 2015-2020 forward > <, our existing large number more than for the design reference period and need to be strengthened with insufficient housing, about 1/3 residential safety, city residential structure has gradually entered the aging. In addition, due to the high construction speed, building base the emergence of various structural damage to the reinforcement of housing will inevitably in the process. But in practical engineering, the reinforcement of the damaged member is studied using finite element simulation comparison is still relatively rare; currently in determining the reinforcement scheme is still largely depend on experience, study the quantitative optimization using the finite element software also does not see more. In this paper, through an engineering example, the damage of reinforced concrete columns, different positions in that corner posts, columns and side columns, two reinforcement schemes (i.e. increasing section method and outsourcing steel method) The quantitative optimization work, in order to provide some reference for similar reinforcement projects. Firstly, based on the framework of side column, column, damage, jiaozhu failure characteristics, stress mechanism summary, different characteristics of different locations of columns considering the classification of reinforcement ideas. Secondly, through the comparison of advantages and disadvantages the way of strengthening concrete columns, to optimize the method of increasing section reinforcement and steel reinforcement method outsourcing two engineering application of good, and strengthened the module of the column in the case of damage engineering reinforcement design were carried out two methods using PKPM. Then, using the finite element software ABAQUS is used for engineering damage the side column, column, column 9 analysis model, through three ways of loading the displacement, stress, the horizontal cyclic loading, load to simulate the realistic condition under the column may suffer, and through the different Select the loading point to distinguish angle, edge, in columns of different mechanical characteristics, the column force displacement curve, concrete column equivalent plastic strain (PEEQ) images, the equivalent reinforced the internal stress (MISES) images, hysteretic curve. The conclusions are as follows: 1) increasing interception surface method and steel encased method can greatly enhance the ultimate bearing capacity of reinforced concrete column damage resistance, deformation and energy dissipation capacities, but to enhance the rate of different.2) to improve the ability and the ability to resist deformation than the outer package type steel column bearing capacity limit of three kinds of method of enlarging section position of the column, especially to enhance the capability of ultimate bearing capacity, increase more than 2 times more than the.3 method) for outsourcing steel column, comprehensive comparison of columns each performance of the three kinds of loading mode to increase the proportion of the columns is better than that of steel encased by increasing section, this conclusion is accord with actual engineering.4) for edge Column and corner column, enlarging section method and outsourcing steel method have their own advantages and disadvantages, if the actual project only considering the ultimate bearing capacity and deformation performance, increasing section method better; if we consider the seismic performance of steel encased law is better.
