【摘要】：為解決以發(fā)展結(jié)果為導向的BIM團隊學習績效管理問題,將結(jié)果鏈框架創(chuàng)新性應用于工程管理BIM團隊學習的規(guī)劃和執(zhí)行過程。首先,界定了結(jié)果鏈流程中BIM團隊學習的具體內(nèi)容,依據(jù)ABET認知評價準則,提出了BIM BLOOM團隊學習認知等級,給出了BIM團隊學習執(zhí)行階段對實施階段的影響關(guān)系表,最終形成了一套完整的以發(fā)展結(jié)果為導向的BIM團隊學習規(guī)劃、實施、評價和反饋系統(tǒng)。研究表明,投入階段的技術(shù)、參加人員、時間和活動階段的團隊工作、課程培訓對學生BIM能力提升有較大影響,而費用和多媒體手段對能力培養(yǎng)影響不大。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem of BIM team learning performance management which is oriented by development results, the result chain framework is innovatively applied to the planning and implementation process of project management BIM team learning. The specific content of BIM team learning in the process of result chain is defined. According to the ABET cognitive evaluation criterion, the cognitive level of BIM BLOOM team learning is proposed. This paper gives a table of the impact of BIM team learning execution phase on the implementation phase, and finally forms a complete set of BIM team learning planning and implementation based on the development results. Evaluation and feedback system. Research shows that the input stage of the technology, participants, time and activities of the team work, course training has a greater impact on students' BIM ability improvement. However, the cost and multimedia means have little effect on ability development.
