【摘要】:對既有鋼筋混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行維修加固具有廣闊的應(yīng)用市場,目前對鋼筋混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行加固的方法很多,其中,采用碳纖維布對鋼筋混凝土梁、板、柱等加固已經(jīng)普遍應(yīng)用于工程,但這種加固方法有價格高、不耐火等缺點(diǎn)。用纖維織物網(wǎng)增強(qiáng)水泥基復(fù)合材料對鋼筋混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行加固已有研究,這種方法不僅可以降低成本,而且因?yàn)榛w是無機(jī)材料所以抗火性能較好。E玻璃纖維具有強(qiáng)度高、價格便宜等特點(diǎn),但耐堿性較差;磷酸鎂水泥具有低堿性的特點(diǎn)。本文采用E玻璃纖維織物網(wǎng)作為增強(qiáng)筋,采用磷酸鎂水泥制作的高性能混凝土作為基體,制作成薄板對鋼筋混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行加固,作了如下方面的研究工作:(1)進(jìn)行了該類型的薄板的力學(xué)性能試驗(yàn),試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明該類型薄板具有良好的抗折、抗彎性能以及良好的變形性能;(2)對采用該類型的薄板加固的受彎鋼筋混凝土梁進(jìn)行了試驗(yàn)研究,考察了加固后構(gòu)件的撓度、鋼筋應(yīng)變、混凝土應(yīng)變、破壞形式、裂縫發(fā)展、承載力等特性,并得出加固效果良好的結(jié)論;(3)對采用該類型的薄板加固的抗剪鋼筋混凝土梁進(jìn)行了試驗(yàn)研究,考察了加固后構(gòu)件的撓度、破壞形式、承載力等特性,并得出加固效果良好的結(jié)論;(4)對采用該類型的薄板加固的軸壓鋼筋混凝土柱進(jìn)行了試驗(yàn)研究,考察了加固后構(gòu)件的破壞形式、承載力等特性,并得出加固效果良好的結(jié)論。
[Abstract]:Of the existing reinforced concrete structure has wide application market maintenance and reinforcement of reinforced concrete structure, the strengthening of many methods, the use of the reinforced concrete beams, plates, columns reinforcement has been widely applied in engineering, but the reinforcement method has disadvantages such as high price, not reinforced refractory. Cement based composite material of reinforced concrete structure reinforcement has been studied with fiber fabric, this method can not only reduce costs, but also because the matrix is inorganic materials so good fire resistance of.E glass fiber with high strength, low price and other characteristics, but poor resistance to alkali; magnesium phosphate cement has the characteristics of low alkaline. This paper uses E glass fiber fabric as reinforced by high performance concrete made of magnesium phosphate cement as matrix, made into a sheet of reinforced concrete structure with solid, as The research work as follows: (1) the test of mechanical properties of the plate type, the test results show that the type of bending plate with good bending performance, and better deformation performance; (2) on the type of reinforcement using thin plate bending reinforced concrete Liang Jin experimental study investigated the deflection member reinforcement steel strain, concrete strain, failure mode, crack development, bearing capacity, and obtains good reinforcement effect conclusion; (3) the shear strengthening of RC beams with thin plate of the type of effects of deflection, the reinforcement component failure forms, characteristics the bearing capacity, and obtains good reinforcement effect conclusion; (4) the axial compression reinforced concrete columns strengthened by sheets of this type of investigation on failure form of the component after the reinforcement, the bearing capacity, and the reinforcement A good conclusion.
