　　 背景:同理心與護患關(guān)系,病人滿意度及護理質(zhì)量有密切的聯(lián)系。然而,多種因素會阻礙護士對同理心的表達(dá)和傳遞。目的:探索護士和病人關(guān)于同理心的看法和體驗,探討同理心對病人滿意度的潛在影響,并確定阻礙及促進護士表達(dá)同理心的相關(guān)因素。方法:本研究以描述性現(xiàn)象學(xué)為指導(dǎo),采用半結(jié)構(gòu)式訪談的方法對12名參與者進行深度訪談。其中護士與患者各6名,采取配對的形式即護士及其患者,獨立開展訪談。所有訪談資料均根據(jù)Colaizzi現(xiàn)象學(xué)分析方法進行轉(zhuǎn)錄和分析。結(jié)果:以概念框架為基礎(chǔ),生成了9個高階主題。其中7個主題與同理心的影響因素相關(guān):(1)與同理心相關(guān)的意識,(2)傳達(dá)同理心的態(tài)度隨情景而變,(3)專業(yè)技能水平,(4)護士與病人及其家屬相互作用的程度,(5)個人相關(guān)的體驗與特質(zhì),(6)護士內(nèi)在與外在的滿意度,(7)組織文化。其中兩個主題與“同理心對病人滿意度影響”的看法有關(guān):(1)專業(yè)角色的運用,(2)病人滿意度。結(jié)論:本研究有利于更好的了解護士和病人對同理心及病人滿意度的看法和體驗。為了促進護理同理心的表達(dá),我們需要克服諸多困難,減少阻礙因素,加強激勵因素。未來的研究還需要探討如何加強同理心護理的促進因素及克服阻礙因素。
