【摘要】：目的探討血小板CD62p表達(dá)率與血小板輸注效果的關(guān)聯(lián)性。方法根據(jù)血小板輸注后1及24 h血小板計(jì)數(shù)增加值(CCI),將黃石市中心醫(yī)院115名患者分為輸注有效組(n=94)和無(wú)效組(n=21)。選擇2013年6月-2014年12月符合無(wú)償捐獻(xiàn)血小板標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的獻(xiàn)血者血小板115份,采用SEPSA排除血小板相關(guān)抗體引起的血小板輸注無(wú)效,使用流式細(xì)胞術(shù)檢測(cè)輸注前CD62p表達(dá)水平。結(jié)果血小板輸注有效組血小板CD62p表達(dá)率(10.3±3.2)%高于無(wú)效組(21.8±5.2)%(P0.05),血小板CD62p表達(dá)率與1h CCI(r=-0.423,P0.001)和24 h CCI(r=-0.541,P0.001)有相關(guān)性。結(jié)論血小板CD62p表達(dá)率對(duì)血小板輸注效果有影響,血小板CD62p表達(dá)率越高,CCI越低,血小板輸注效果越差。
