替加環(huán)素、米諾環(huán)素對(duì)VanM型萬(wàn)古霉素耐藥屎腸球菌體外抗菌活性

【摘要】:目的了解替加環(huán)素及米諾環(huán)素對(duì)Van M型萬(wàn)古霉素耐藥屎腸球菌臨床分離株的體外抗菌活性。方法收集2006—2014年上海地區(qū)臨床分離Van M型萬(wàn)古霉素耐藥屎腸球菌45株;采用PCR擴(kuò)增及測(cè)序確認(rèn)菌種和萬(wàn)古霉素耐藥基因型;測(cè)定替加環(huán)素及米諾環(huán)素等10種抗菌藥物對(duì)Van M型萬(wàn)古霉素耐藥屎腸球菌的MIC。結(jié)果 45株臨床分離株均確認(rèn)為Van M型萬(wàn)古霉素耐藥屎腸球菌;所有菌株對(duì)萬(wàn)古霉素高度耐藥(MIC 128~256 mg/L),對(duì)替考拉寧耐藥率為71.1%。幾乎所有菌株對(duì)左氧氟沙星(100%)和氨芐西林(97.8%)耐藥,對(duì)米諾環(huán)素、慶大霉素和利福平的耐藥率分別為15.6%、64.4%和82.2%,未檢出替加環(huán)素和利奈唑胺耐藥株。結(jié)論替加環(huán)素和米諾環(huán)素對(duì)Van M型萬(wàn)古霉素耐藥屎腸球菌有良好的體外抗菌活性。
