【摘要】：目的探討先天性心臟病患兒圍術(shù)期預(yù)防感染的有效方法,提高手術(shù)室護(hù)理工作質(zhì)量,降低患兒術(shù)后手術(shù)部位感染的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。方法回顧性分析心血管外科2015年1-12月接受先天性心臟病手術(shù)362例患兒相關(guān)臨床資料,運(yùn)用SPSS軟件進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果 362例患兒接受先天性心臟病手術(shù)后,未發(fā)生手術(shù)部位感染。結(jié)論嚴(yán)格遵守手術(shù)室無菌操作原則,充分的術(shù)前準(zhǔn)備,合理的房間布局及人員管理,術(shù)中患兒合理的體溫護(hù)理,熟練的護(hù)理操作及手術(shù)配合,縮短了手術(shù)時(shí)間,對(duì)先天性心臟病手術(shù)患兒的手術(shù)部位感染控制及預(yù)防起著至關(guān)重要的作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore an effective method to prevent infection in children with congenital heart disease during perioperative period, to improve the quality of nursing work in operating room and to reduce the risk of postoperative infection in children with congenital heart disease. Methods the clinical data of 362 children undergoing congenital heart disease in cardiovascular surgery from January to December 2015 were analyzed retrospectively. the clinical data were statistically analyzed by SPSS software. Results there was no surgical site infection in 362 children with congenital heart disease. Conclusion strict compliance with the principle of aseptic operation in operating room, adequate preoperative preparation, reasonable room layout and personnel management, reasonable body temperature nursing, skilled nursing operation and surgical cooperation can shorten the operation time and play an important role in the control and prevention of surgical site infection in children with congenital heart disease.
