[Abstract]:Background: cardiopulmonary exercise test plays an important role in evaluating human cardiopulmonary function, but it needs expensive instruments and professional testers to complete, and the subjects need to reach the maximum intensity, so it is urgent to find a submaximum level, simple operation, low cost and easy to popularize the exercise test method. Objective: to compare the maximum oxygen uptake between cardiopulmonary exercise test and 6 min staircase test, and to explore the consistency of two different test methods in evaluating cardiopulmonary function. Methods: 67 volunteers were randomly recruited to carry out cardiopulmonary exercise test according to Bruce scheme. The maximum oxygen uptake of each subject was measured by 6 min up and down stairs test. The maximum oxygen uptake of each subject in the process of going up and down stairs was measured. The maximum oxygen uptake measured by cardiopulmonary exercise test was compared with the maximum oxygen uptake measured by 6 min up and down stairs test. Results and conclusion: the maximum oxygen uptake measured by 6 min up and down stairs test was lower than that measured by cardiopulmonary exercise test (P 0.01), and the maximum oxygen uptake by 6 min up and down stairs test was positively correlated with the maximum oxygen uptake by cardiopulmonary exercise test (r 鈮,
