【摘要】：目的評價品管圈活動對降低住院患者跌倒發(fā)生率的效果,以探討減少跌倒事件的發(fā)生,提高患者安全的有效措施。方法成立品管圈小組,運(yùn)用質(zhì)量管理工具對住院患者發(fā)生跌倒的原因進(jìn)行分析,制定對策并實(shí)施,實(shí)施前后進(jìn)行效果評價。結(jié)果品管圈活動降低了住院患者跌倒發(fā)生率,由實(shí)施前的跌倒發(fā)生率0.214‰降至實(shí)施后的0.074‰,差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.01)。結(jié)論品管圈活動在降低住院患者跌倒發(fā)生率方面效果顯著,提高護(hù)理人員工作積極性,提升護(hù)理人員的綜合素質(zhì)。
[Abstract]:Objective To evaluate the effect of quality management on the incidence of fall in hospitalized patients, in order to explore the effective measures to reduce the occurrence of falls and to improve the safety of patients. Methods The quality management tools were used to analyze the causes of the fall of the patients in the hospital, and the countermeasures were set up and the effect evaluation was carried out before and after the implementation. Results The incidence of fall in the hospitalized patients was reduced by the control loop, and the incidence of falls from 0.214% to 0.074% after the implementation was statistically significant (P0.01). Conclusion The activity of the quality control loop is effective in reducing the incidence of falls in the hospitalized patients, improving the working enthusiasm of the nursing staff and improving the comprehensive quality of the nursing staff.
