【摘要】：失禁相關(guān)性皮炎(incontinence associated dermatitis,IAD)是ICU患者常見的護(hù)理問(wèn)題,它可以增加壓瘡風(fēng)險(xiǎn),已成為全球壓瘡預(yù)防的重點(diǎn)關(guān)注的問(wèn)題[1],且有報(bào)道顯示ICU失禁患者中IAD的發(fā)生率高達(dá)50%-86.7%。IAD護(hù)理指南中指出皮膚保護(hù)劑被確定可以有效預(yù)防IAD的發(fā)生,且指南中同樣指出以二甲基硅油為基質(zhì)的皮膚保護(hù)劑,也可以應(yīng)用于IAD的預(yù)防,然而國(guó)內(nèi)對(duì)以二甲基硅油為基質(zhì)的硅酮液體敷料應(yīng)用于預(yù)防失禁相關(guān)性皮炎的研究鮮見報(bào)道[2]。因此,本研究針對(duì)兩種皮膚保護(hù)劑在ICU失禁患者進(jìn)行預(yù)防IAD的對(duì)比研究。
[Abstract]:Incontinence related Dermatitis (incontinence associated dermatitis,IAD) is a common nursing problem for ICU patients, which can increase the risk of pressure sore and has become a key concern in global pressure sore prevention [1]. It has been reported that the incidence of IAD in patients with ICU incontinence is as high as that in 50%-86.7%.IAD nursing guidelines, which indicates that skin protectants are determined to be effective in preventing the occurrence of IAD. It is also pointed out in the guidelines that the skin protectant based on dimethyl silicone oil can also be used for the prevention of IAD. However, there are few reports on the application of silicone liquid dressings based on dimethyl silicone oil in the prevention of incontinence-related dermatitis in China [2]. Therefore, this study conducted a comparative study on the prevention of IAD between the two skin protectants in patients with ICU incontinence.
