【摘要】：目的探討藻酸鹽銀離子預(yù)防腫瘤患者經(jīng)外周靜脈穿刺中心靜脈置管(PICC)穿刺部位感染的臨床效果,為預(yù)防PICC置管局部感染提供參考依據(jù)。方法選擇2013年1月-2015年9月醫(yī)院收治的腫瘤且行PICC置管138例患者為研究對象,隨機(jī)分為觀察組和對照組,各69例;觀察組在PICC置管成功后,采用藻酸鹽銀離子輔料覆蓋穿刺點(diǎn),并用3M敷貼固定,對照組在PICC置管成功后,采用無菌紗布覆蓋穿刺點(diǎn),并用3M敷貼固定;觀察兩組患者穿刺部位感染和不良反應(yīng),數(shù)據(jù)采用SPSS 13.0軟件進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果觀察組穿刺部位感染率為0,對照組穿刺部位感染5例,感染率為7.2%;觀察組皮膚過敏和靜脈炎發(fā)生率均明顯低于對照組;觀察組自感舒適率明顯高于對照組,兩組比較,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論藻酸鹽銀離子預(yù)防腫瘤患者PICC置管局部感染的臨床療效顯著,可有效預(yù)防穿刺部位感染,降低皮膚過敏和靜脈炎發(fā)生風(fēng)險(xiǎn),提高患者局部舒適度,值得臨床應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical effect of alginate silver ion on preventing the local infection of (PICC) through central vein puncture in patients with tumor, and to provide reference for preventing local infection of PICC catheter. Methods from January 2013 to September 2015, 138 patients with tumor treated by PICC were randomly divided into two groups: observation group (n = 69) and control group (n = 69). After successful placement of PICC tube, alginate silver ion excipients were used to cover the puncture point and fixed with 3M application in the observation group. In the control group, the puncture point was covered with sterile gauze and fixed with 3M application after the successful placement of PICC tube. The infection and side effects of puncture site were observed in the two groups. The data were analyzed by SPSS 13.0 software. Results the infection rate of puncture site was 0 in the observation group and 7.2% in the control group, and the incidence of skin allergy and phlebitis in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group. The spontaneous comfort rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion Alginate silver ion is effective in preventing local infection of PICC in tumor patients. It can effectively prevent puncture site infection, reduce the risk of skin allergy and phlebitis, and improve the local comfort of patients, which is worthy of clinical application.
