【摘要】：目的構(gòu)建醫(yī)院全面信息化和智能化的輸血管理系統(tǒng)。方法以醫(yī)院"軍衛(wèi)一號(hào)"信息管理系統(tǒng)中的醫(yī)院信息子系統(tǒng)、檢驗(yàn)信息子系統(tǒng)、手術(shù)麻醉子系統(tǒng)及輸血管理分系統(tǒng)為主要數(shù)據(jù)源,采用B/S架構(gòu)、關(guān)系型數(shù)據(jù)庫My SQL以及JAVA語言開發(fā),創(chuàng)建臨床輸血智能管理與評(píng)估系統(tǒng)。結(jié)果臨床輸血智能管理與評(píng)估系統(tǒng)涵蓋了輸血統(tǒng)計(jì)、輸血合理性評(píng)估與有效性評(píng)價(jià)、輸血數(shù)據(jù)挖掘與科學(xué)研究、試劑耗材設(shè)備管理、科室事務(wù)管理等功能模塊,實(shí)現(xiàn)了臨床輸血全面信息化和智能化管理,并可為學(xué)科發(fā)展提供重要的數(shù)據(jù)儲(chǔ)備。結(jié)論該系統(tǒng)能夠充分利用醫(yī)院各種數(shù)據(jù)資源提升臨床科學(xué)合理輸血水平,促進(jìn)輸血相關(guān)科學(xué)研究,推動(dòng)學(xué)科可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Objective to construct an all-round information-based and intelligent blood transfusion management system in hospital. Methods the main data sources were hospital information subsystem, examination information subsystem, operation anaesthesia subsystem and blood transfusion management subsystem. Relational database My SQL and JAVA language development, the establishment of clinical transfusion intelligent management and evaluation system. Results the intelligent management and evaluation system of clinical transfusion included the function modules of transfusion statistics, evaluation of rationality and validity of blood transfusion, data mining and scientific research of blood transfusion, management of reagent consumables and equipment, management of department affairs, etc. All-round information management and intelligent management of clinical blood transfusion are realized, and important data reserve can be provided for the development of subject. Conclusion the system can make full use of all kinds of hospital data resources to improve the level of clinical scientific and reasonable blood transfusion, promote the scientific research related to blood transfusion, and promote the sustainable development of disciplines.
