【摘要】：目的評價健康教育在慢性鼻竇炎手術(shù)患者護理中的應用效果。方法將130例行功能性鼻內(nèi)窺鏡手術(shù)(FESS)治療的慢性鼻竇炎患者隨機分成2組,對照組64人,實驗組66人。對照組僅實施常規(guī)護理,實驗組于此基礎上強化健康教育,比較干預前后2組健康知識知曉情況、生活質(zhì)量、健康行為執(zhí)行情況及護理滿意度。結(jié)果干預后,實驗組對科室制度(72.73%vs 59.38%、46.97%)、鼻竇炎病因(74.24%vs 39.06%、39.39%)、治療方法 (71.21%vs 39.06%、27.27%)、早期癥狀(78.79%vs 62.50%、42.42%)、外出注意事項(71.21%vs 51.56%、34.85%)、術(shù)后注意事項(75.76%vs 59.38%、37.88%)、擤鼻方法 (69.70%vs43.75%、32.31%)、飲食禁忌(83.33%vs 65.63%、50.00%)等知識的知曉率均高于對照組以及干預前自身(P0.05)。干預后,實驗組生活質(zhì)量各維度得分均高于對照組(P0.05)。實驗組戒煙戒酒(35.42%vs18.37%)、按醫(yī)囑用藥(45.83%vs 20.41%)、保持鼻腔衛(wèi)生(27.08%vs 12.24%)、冷水洗鼻(27.08%vs12.24%)、正確擤鼻(31.25%vs 16.33%)、保持室內(nèi)濕度(39.58%vs 22.45%)、外出戴口罩(41.67%vs24.49%)等行為依從率高于對照組(P0.05)。實驗組患者護理滿意度為87.88%,觀察組為68.75%,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論對慢性鼻竇炎手術(shù)患者實施健康教育,可使患者掌握更多的疾病相關(guān)知識,促進情緒和行為改善,提高生活質(zhì)量,提升護理滿意度,對促進疾病恢復有重要意義。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the effect of health education in nursing care of patients with chronic sinusitis. Methods A total of 130 patients with chronic sinusitis treated by functional endoscopic sinus surgery (FESS) were randomly divided into two groups: control group (n = 64) and experimental group (n = 66). Only routine nursing was carried out in the control group. On this basis, health education was strengthened in the experimental group. Health knowledge awareness, quality of life, health behavior implementation and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after intervention. Results after intervention, the experimental group was treated with department system (72.73%vs 59.38%, 46.97%), sinusitis (74.24%vs 39.06%, 39.39%) and treatment (71.21%vs 39.06%, 27.27%). Early symptoms (78.79%vs 62.50%, 42.42%), outgoing attention (71.21%vs 51.56%, 34.85%) and postoperative attention (75.76%vs 59.38%, 37.88%). The knowledge rate of blowing nose method (69.70% vs 43.75%, 32.31%), dietary taboo (83.33%vs 65.63%, 50.00%) was higher than that of the control group and before intervention (P0.05). After intervention, the scores of each dimension of QOL in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group (P0.05). In the experimental group, smoking and abstinence (35.42% vs 18.37%), medication (45.83%vs 20.41%), nasal hygiene (27.08% vs 12.24%) and cold water washing (27.08% vs 12.24%) were observed. The compliance rate of blowing nose (31.25%vs 16.33%), keeping indoor humidity (39.58%vs 22.45%) and wearing mask (41.67% vs 24.49%) were higher than those of control group (P0.05). The nursing satisfaction was 87.88% in the experimental group and 68.75% in the observation group, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion Health education for patients undergoing chronic sinusitis surgery can help them master more knowledge about diseases, improve mood and behavior, improve quality of life and improve nursing satisfaction, which is of great significance to the recovery of diseases.
