【摘要】：正清潔自我間歇性導(dǎo)尿,是在清潔條件下,定時將尿管經(jīng)尿道插入膀胱,規(guī)律排空尿液的方法,已在神經(jīng)源性膀胱的治療中被廣泛接受,是安全、有效、簡單的重要治療手段~[1—2]。臨床使用過程中會在患者出院1個月前教由患者或家屬行清潔自我間歇導(dǎo)尿,而不同的患者或家屬,教育背景及學(xué)習(xí)能力的差異,就決定了掌握間歇導(dǎo)尿技術(shù)的個體差異性比較大,因此,在患者的學(xué)習(xí)過程中如何規(guī)范地進行教導(dǎo),以提高患者對間歇性導(dǎo)尿的理解能力、接受依從能力和操作能力并降低并發(fā)癥尚需進一步明確。我們對規(guī)范化、個體化的教導(dǎo)模
[Abstract]:Self-intermittent catheterization is a method of regularly inserting a urethral catheter into the bladder under clean conditions and regularly emptying the urine. It has been widely accepted in the treatment of neurogenic bladder and is safe and effective. Simple important treatment [1-2]. During clinical use, one month before discharge, patients or family members were taught to perform self-cleaning intermittent catheterization, and different patients or family members had different educational backgrounds and learning abilities. Therefore, in order to improve the patients' understanding of intermittent catheterization, it is decided that the individual differences in the technique of intermittent catheterization are great, so how to teach the patients regularly in the course of their learning, and how to improve their understanding of intermittent catheterization, so as to improve their understanding of intermittent catheterization. The ability to accept compliance and the ability to operate and reduce complications need to be further clarified. We have a standardized, individualized teaching model.
