【摘要】：目的翻譯并評(píng)價(jià)關(guān)節(jié)炎自我效能感量表-8(ASES-8)在類風(fēng)濕關(guān)節(jié)炎(RA)患者中應(yīng)用的信效度。方法于2015年9—12月,采用便利抽樣法選取天津醫(yī)科大學(xué)總醫(yī)院風(fēng)濕免疫科住院部RA患者101例,對(duì)ASES-8進(jìn)行翻譯、修訂,形成中文版ASES-8,對(duì)患者進(jìn)行調(diào)查,采用項(xiàng)目分析、探索性因子分析及相關(guān)分析評(píng)價(jià)中文版ASES-8的信效度。結(jié)果項(xiàng)目分析顯示中文版ASES-8能夠鑒別高分組與低分組,條目-條目及條目-總分之間的相關(guān)系數(shù)范圍為0.338~0.952。經(jīng)主成分分析,共提取1個(gè)共同因子,各條目因子負(fù)荷≥0.652,累計(jì)方差貢獻(xiàn)率為66.24%,結(jié)構(gòu)效度良好。中文版ASES-8與健康調(diào)查簡(jiǎn)表(SF-36)生理功能(r=0.529,P0.01)、慢性病治療功能評(píng)估-疲勞量表(FACIT-F)(r=0.660,P0.01)得分呈正相關(guān),與醫(yī)院焦慮抑郁量表(HADS)-抑郁(r=-0.625,P0.01)、HADS-焦慮(r=-0.612,P0.01)、疼痛視覺模擬量表(VAS)(r=-0.610,P0.01)得分呈負(fù)相關(guān)。中文版ASES-8總體內(nèi)部一致性Cronbach'sα系數(shù)為0.920,刪除某項(xiàng)后總體Cronbach'sα系數(shù)波動(dòng)范圍為0.897~0.926,重測(cè)信度為0.986。結(jié)論中文版ASES-8具有良好的信度和效度,為今后以提高自我效能為目的的干預(yù)性研究提供了有效的評(píng)估工具。
[Abstract]:Objective to translate and evaluate the reliability and validity of arthritis self-efficacy scale-8 (ASES-8) in (RA) patients with rheumatoid arthritis. Methods from September to December, 2015, 101 patients with RA in Department of Rheumatology and Immunology, General Hospital of Tianjin Medical University were selected by convenient sampling method. The ASES-8 was translated and revised, and the Chinese version of ASES-8, was formed to investigate the patients. Item analysis, exploratory factor analysis and correlation analysis were used to evaluate the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of ASES-8. Results the item analysis showed that the Chinese version of ASES-8 could distinguish between the high score group and the low group, and the correlation coefficient between the item and the total item score was 0. 338 / 0. 952.
