【摘要】：正學(xué)術(shù)誠(chéng)信對(duì)一個(gè)科研工作者一生的學(xué)術(shù)信譽(yù)有多么重要?學(xué)術(shù)創(chuàng)新對(duì)一個(gè)科研工作者一生的學(xué)術(shù)成績(jī)有多么重要?那么,有誰(shuí)能夠客觀的證明這些清白和這些事實(shí)的真實(shí)情況呢?2016年4月,國(guó)家教育部官網(wǎng)發(fā)布了《高等學(xué)校預(yù)防與處理學(xué)術(shù)不端行為辦法》征求意見(jiàn)稿,定義了七類學(xué)術(shù)不端行為。其中偽造科研數(shù)據(jù)、資料、文獻(xiàn)、注釋,或者捏造事實(shí)、編造虛假研究成果為第三類;在申報(bào)課題、成果、獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)和職務(wù)評(píng)審評(píng)定過(guò)程中提供虛假學(xué)術(shù)信息為第五類。
[Abstract]:What is the importance of academic honesty to the academic reputation of a scientific research worker in his whole life? How important is academic innovation to the academic achievement of a researcher? Well, who can objectively prove these innocence and the truth of these facts? in April 2016, the Ministry of Education's official website published the "measures to prevent and deal with academic misconduct in Colleges and Universities," a draft for comment. Seven types of academic misconduct are defined. Falsifying scientific research data, materials, documents, notes, or fabricating facts, and fabricating false research results are the third category; providing false academic information in the process of reporting subjects, achievements, awards and job evaluation and evaluation is the fifth category.
