【摘要】：目的分析腦血栓伴糖尿病的護(hù)理要點(diǎn)。方法選取本院2015年4月~2016年3月收治的腦血栓伴糖尿病患者88例,隨機(jī)分為實(shí)驗(yàn)組和對(duì)照組,各44例。實(shí)驗(yàn)組接受個(gè)體化的護(hù)理;對(duì)照組接受一般科室護(hù)理。對(duì)兩組患者的護(hù)理成效進(jìn)行觀察對(duì)比。結(jié)果兩組死亡率差異小,差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);實(shí)驗(yàn)組生活自理能力恢復(fù)結(jié)果優(yōu)于對(duì)照組,滿意度高于對(duì)照組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論腦血栓伴糖尿病患者給予個(gè)體化的護(hù)理干預(yù)能夠促進(jìn)患者生活自理能力的恢復(fù)、提高滿意度,值得借鑒。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the nursing points of cerebral thrombosis with diabetes mellitus. Methods Eighty-eight patients with cerebral thrombosis and diabetes mellitus from April 2015 to March 2016 were randomly divided into two groups: experimental group (n = 44) and control group (n = 44). The experimental group received individualized nursing and the control group received general department nursing. The nursing effects of two groups of patients were observed and compared. Results there was no significant difference in mortality between the two groups (P0.05); the recovery of self-care ability of the experimental group was better than that of the control group, and the satisfaction degree was higher than that of the control group (P0.05). Conclusion the individualized nursing intervention in patients with cerebral thrombosis and diabetes can promote the recovery of patients' self-care ability and improve their satisfaction.
