【摘要】：目的探討腦卒中患者康復(fù)鍛煉依從性的變化規(guī)律及影響因素。方法選取94例腦卒中患者,應(yīng)用量表測(cè)量康復(fù)鍛煉依從性,每2周測(cè)量1次,連續(xù)測(cè)量至第24周后繪制依從性曲線(xiàn),并對(duì)患者24周平均康復(fù)鍛煉依從性進(jìn)行單因素分析和多元回歸分析。結(jié)果 24周觀察期內(nèi),患者康復(fù)鍛煉平均依從指數(shù)為(52.91±7.03),依從性高峰在第6周(59.90±11.93),最低值出現(xiàn)在第24周(47.40±7.18)�？祻�(fù)鍛煉依從性的影響因素有年齡、婚姻狀況、是否參加出院后康復(fù)指導(dǎo)(P0.05)。結(jié)論腦卒中患者治療及康復(fù)期間,康復(fù)鍛煉依從性隨時(shí)間呈橫"S"樣動(dòng)態(tài)變化,這可能與護(hù)理干預(yù)措施具有一定時(shí)效性有關(guān)。在依從性下降期間,適時(shí)給予再次護(hù)理干預(yù),有利于依從性保持較高水平,能夠促進(jìn)患者康復(fù)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the regularity and influencing factors of rehabilitation exercise compliance in stroke patients. Methods 94 patients with cerebral apoplexy were selected to measure the compliance of rehabilitation exercise with the scale once every 2 weeks, and the compliance curve was drawn after 24 weeks of continuous measurement. The compliance of 24-week rehabilitation exercise was analyzed by single factor analysis and multiple regression analysis. Results the average compliance index of rehabilitation exercise was (52.91 鹵7.03), the peak of compliance was at the 6th week (59.90 鹵11.93), and the lowest was at the 24th week (47.40 鹵7.18). The influencing factors of rehabilitation exercise compliance were age, marital status, whether to participate in rehabilitation guidance after discharge (P0.05). Conclusion during the treatment and rehabilitation of stroke patients, the conformance of rehabilitation exercise showed a horizontal "S" dynamic change with time, which may be related to the time-effect of nursing intervention. In the period of compliance decline, timely re-nursing intervention is beneficial to maintain a high level of compliance and promote patients' rehabilitation.
