【摘要】：在臨床上發(fā)熱伴肝脾淋巴結(jié)腫大的疾病種類繁多,可能為常見疾病,也可能為少見甚至罕見疾病,且涉及的科室比較多,及時(shí)準(zhǔn)確做出正確診斷難度較大。文章闡述發(fā)熱伴肝脾淋巴結(jié)腫大的臨床診斷思路,從臨床常見原因、重要的實(shí)驗(yàn)室檢測(cè)、臨床診斷思路及治療策略等方面進(jìn)行討論,以期幫助臨床醫(yī)生對(duì)這類患者做出正確、及時(shí)的診斷。
[Abstract]:There are many kinds of febrile diseases with hepatosplenomegaly in clinic, which may be common diseases, rare or even rare diseases, and involve more departments, so it is difficult to make accurate diagnosis in time. This article describes the clinical diagnosis of fever with hepatosplenomegaly, and discusses the common causes, important laboratory tests, clinical diagnosis ideas and treatment strategies in order to help clinicians to make a correct diagnosis of this kind of patients.
