【摘要】：正口腔頜面部的手術(shù)由于其解剖位置的特殊性,作為呼吸道的起始端,為預(yù)防術(shù)后組織出血腫脹發(fā)生窒息的危險(xiǎn),術(shù)前給予預(yù)防性氣管切開是最常用的一種治療措施。然而,氣管切開術(shù)無疑也是一把雙刃劍,其本身所帶來的并發(fā)癥也不容忽視,尤以痰痂堵管為最嚴(yán)重的并發(fā)癥之一[1]。我科于2016年5月收治的一位下頜骨造釉細(xì)胞瘤患者,術(shù)后第7天氣管切開套管發(fā)生痰痂堵管,經(jīng)積極搶救轉(zhuǎn)危為安并康復(fù)出院�，F(xiàn)報(bào)道如下。1臨床資料
[Abstract]:Due to the particularity of its anatomical location, orthodontic maxillofacial surgery, as the beginning of respiratory tract, to prevent the risk of tissue bleeding, swelling and asphyxia, preoperative prophylactic tracheotomy is the most commonly used treatment measures. However, tracheotomy is no doubt a double-edged sword, and its complications can not be ignored, especially the phlegm scab plugging as one of the most serious complications [1]. A patient with ameloblastoma of the mandible was treated in our department in May 2016. On the 7th day after operation, the sputum scab was blocked by tracheotomy and cannula.
