【摘要】：目的 :評價基于保護(hù)動機(jī)理論的護(hù)理干預(yù)對糖尿病患者血糖監(jiān)測的影響。方法 :采用便利抽樣法選擇2014年10月至2015年3月在我院內(nèi)分泌科住院的糖尿病患者96例作為研究對象,隨機(jī)分為干預(yù)組和對照組各48例,對照組給予常規(guī)護(hù)理,干預(yù)組給予為期3個月的基于保護(hù)動機(jī)理論的護(hù)理干預(yù)。比較兩組患者干預(yù)前后血糖監(jiān)測知識和技能、血糖監(jiān)測保護(hù)動機(jī)、血糖和糖化血紅蛋白指標(biāo)的變化。結(jié)果 :干預(yù)后干預(yù)組患者血糖監(jiān)測知識和技能得分、血糖監(jiān)測保護(hù)動機(jī)得分、血糖和糖化血紅蛋白值均優(yōu)于對照組患者(P0.05)。結(jié)論 :基于保護(hù)動機(jī)理論的護(hù)理干預(yù)措施可以提高糖尿病患者血糖監(jiān)測知識和技能的掌握程度,增強(qiáng)血糖監(jiān)測保護(hù)動機(jī),促進(jìn)代謝指標(biāo)達(dá)標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the effect of nursing intervention based on protective motivation theory on blood glucose monitoring in diabetic patients. Methods: Ninety-six diabetic patients admitted to the Department of Endocrinology from October 2014 to March 2015 were randomly divided into intervention group (n = 48) and control group (n = 48). The intervention group was given 3 months nursing intervention based on protective motivation theory. The changes of blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin were compared between the two groups before and after intervention. Results: after intervention, the scores of blood glucose monitoring knowledge and skills, blood glucose monitoring motivation, blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin in the intervention group were better than those in the control group (P0.05). Conclusion: the nursing intervention based on the theory of protective motivation can improve the knowledge and skills of blood glucose monitoring in diabetic patients, enhance the protective motivation of blood glucose monitoring, and promote the metabolic index to reach the standard.
