【摘要】：目的構建較為完善且符合我國國情的社區(qū)產后家庭訪視護理質量評價指標體系。方法建立科研小組,通過查閱相關文獻,以三維質量結構模式為理論框架,構建評價指標體系雛形。選取28名相關領域專家,采用德爾菲法進行專家咨詢,并評價咨詢專家的積極性、權威性、意見集中程度及意見協(xié)調程度。采用界值法進行質量評價指標篩選,采用層次分析法確定各指標權重。結果共進行兩輪專家咨詢,有效回收率分別為100.0%(28/28)和96.4%(27/28),權威系數分別為0.916和0.904。第一輪專家咨詢的127個指標中,重要性評分的算數均數為3.18~4.75,滿分比為0.04~0.75,標準差為0.44~1.57;第二輪專家咨詢的122個指標中,重要性評分算數均數為3.85~4.89,滿分比為0.11~0.89,標準差為0.32~0.77。第一輪專家咨詢中,變異率數(CV)0.2的指標共107項(84.3%);第二輪專家咨詢中,CV0.2的指標共122項(100.0%);專家意見的肯德爾協(xié)調系數分別為0.173和0.186(P0.01)。兩輪專家咨詢中,各級指標間的Cronbach'sα系數均≥0.752。最終構建出指標體系的一級指標為結構質量、過程質量及結果質量,權重分別為0.240 3、0.549 9和0.209 8;二級評價指標15項,三級評價指標103項。結論該指標體系覆蓋內容全面,權重設置科學、客觀,為我國社區(qū)產后家庭訪視護理服務的質量評價提供了一定理論依據。
[Abstract]:Objective to establish an evaluation index system for the quality of postpartum family visit nursing in our country. Methods A scientific research group was set up, and an evaluation index system was constructed by referring to the relevant literature and taking the three-dimensional quality structure model as the theoretical framework. In this paper, 28 experts in related fields were selected, and Delphi method was used to carry out expert consultation, and to evaluate the enthusiasm, authority, concentration of opinions and coordination of opinions of consulting experts. The method of boundary value is used to screen the index of quality evaluation, and the weight of each index is determined by analytic hierarchy process (AHP). Results two rounds of expert consultation were conducted. The effective recoveries were 100.0% (28 / 28) and 96.4% (27 / 28), respectively. The authority coefficients were 0.916 and 0.904, respectively.
