【摘要】：目的:探討ICF通用組合在臨床功能評(píng)估中的評(píng)估者間和評(píng)估者內(nèi)信度,為其臨床應(yīng)用提供依據(jù)。方法:來自21個(gè)省份、50家醫(yī)院康復(fù)醫(yī)學(xué)科、神經(jīng)內(nèi)科、心內(nèi)科、呼吸科和骨科的4784例患者參與了本研究,其中康復(fù)科患者776例�；颊咴谌朐簳r(shí)、住院中期、出院3個(gè)時(shí)間點(diǎn)接受同一名評(píng)估者的ICF通用組合功能評(píng)估,以進(jìn)行評(píng)估者內(nèi)信度分析�？祻�(fù)科患者同時(shí)接受2名評(píng)估者的評(píng)估,以進(jìn)行評(píng)估者間信度分析。組內(nèi)相關(guān)系數(shù)(ICC)檢驗(yàn)評(píng)估者間信度和評(píng)估者內(nèi)信度。結(jié)果:ICF通用組合的7個(gè)條目中除了d850有報(bào)酬的就業(yè)的ICC為0.40外,其他類目及總分的ICC都在0.70—0.95之間,評(píng)估者間信度佳。ICF通用組合的7個(gè)類目在入院和住院中期兩個(gè)時(shí)間點(diǎn)之間的ICC要高于入院和出院兩個(gè)時(shí)間點(diǎn)之間的ICC,評(píng)估者內(nèi)信度佳。結(jié)論:除了d850有報(bào)酬的就業(yè),ICF通用組合的其他條目及總分評(píng)估者間信度良好。ICF通用組合的評(píng)估者內(nèi)信度良好。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the reliability of ICF combination in the evaluation of clinical function between and within the evaluators, and to provide the basis for its clinical application. Methods: 4784 patients from 50 hospitals, including neurology department, cardiology department, respiratory department and orthopedic department, were involved in the study, including 776 patients in rehabilitation department. At the time of admission, midhospital and 3 hours after discharge, the patients were evaluated with the same ICF general combination function to evaluate the intra-person reliability. Patients in rehabilitation department were evaluated by two evaluators to analyze their reliability. Intra-group correlation coefficient (ICC) was used to test inter-and intra-group reliability. Results: in the 7 items of the ICF general combination, the ICC of the other categories and the total score were between 0.70-0.95, except that the ICC of the d850 gainful employment was 0.40. The ICC of the 7 categories of the ICF general combination was higher than that of the ICC, in the two time points of admission and middle hospitalization. The reliability of the 7 categories in the general combination of ICF was better than that in the two time points of admission and discharge. Conclusion: except for the gainful employment of d850, the reliability of other items and total score evaluators in the ICF general portfolio is good. The intra-person reliability of the ICF general combination is good.
