【摘要】：目的研究營(yíng)養(yǎng)改善(添加植物甾醇、維生素E和多酚)菜籽油(bioactivator-enriched rapeseed oil,BERO)對(duì)高脂飲食大鼠血脂、體內(nèi)抗氧化能力以及炎性水平的影響。方法以普通菜籽油作為對(duì)照組,在其中添加不同劑量多酚、維生素E和植物甾醇制備成3組營(yíng)養(yǎng)改善菜籽油:低劑量組(low-NERO,LNERO)、中劑量組(medium-NERO,MNERO)和高劑量組(high-NERO,HNERO)。40只雄性大鼠根據(jù)體質(zhì)量隨機(jī)分為4組,分別以添加了上述4種菜籽油的高脂飼料(含油量20%)持續(xù)喂養(yǎng)10 w,測(cè)定血脂水平、氧化抗氧化以及炎性因子等相關(guān)指標(biāo)。結(jié)果與對(duì)照組相比BERO能顯著降低大鼠血清總膽固醇(cholesterol,TC)、甘油三酯(triglyceride,TG)、低密度脂蛋白膽固醇(low density lipoprotein-cholesterol,LDL-C)的水平;提高血漿超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽(GSH)、谷胱甘肽過(guò)氧化物酶(GSH-Px)過(guò)氧化氫酶(CAT)活力以及總抗氧化能力(T-AOC)水平,有效降低血漿丙二醛(MDA)、白介素-6和C反應(yīng)蛋白(CRP)的水平。結(jié)論多酚、維生素E,和植物甾醇添加菜籽油能降低高脂飲食大鼠血脂水平,增強(qiáng)體內(nèi)抗氧化水平,改善炎性狀態(tài),且具有劑量依賴(lài)性,可能對(duì)動(dòng)脈粥樣硬化的發(fā)生發(fā)展有保護(hù)作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the effects of vegetable sterol, vitamin E and polyphenols on lipid, antioxidant capacity and inflammatory level of rats fed high fat diet with rapeseed oil (bioactivator-enriched rapeseed oil,BERO). Methods using common rapeseed oil as control group, three groups of nutritionally improved rapeseed oil were prepared by adding different doses of polyphenol, vitamin E and phytosterol: low dose group (low-NERO,LNERO) and medium dose group (medium-NERO,). MNERO and high-NERO,HNERO. Forty male rats were randomly divided into 4 groups according to their body mass. The rats were fed with high-fat diet (20% oil) supplemented with the four kinds of rapeseed oil for 10 weeks to determine the level of blood lipid. Oxidation and anti-oxidation and inflammatory factors and other related indicators. Results compared with the control group, BERO significantly decreased the levels of serum total cholesterol (cholesterol,TC), triglyceride (triglyceride,TG) and low density lipoprotein cholesterol (low density lipoprotein-cholesterol,LDL-C). Increase the activity of plasma superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutathione (GSH), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) catalase (CAT) and total antioxidant capacity (T-AOC) and decrease plasma malondialdehyde (MDA), effectively Levels of IL-6 and C-reactive protein (CRP). Conclusion polyphenols, vitamin E, and phytosterol supplemented with rapeseed oil can decrease the level of blood lipid, enhance the level of anti-oxidation and improve the inflammatory state in rats with high fat diet, in a dose-dependent manner. May have a protective effect on the occurrence and development of atherosclerosis.
