【摘要】：5-羥色胺(5-hydroxytryptamine,5-HT)受體廣泛分布于中樞和外周神經(jīng)系統(tǒng),參與機(jī)體多種生理功能的調(diào)控。5-HT及其類似物通過與不同亞型、不同部位的5-HT受體結(jié)合,對(duì)疼痛信號(hào)產(chǎn)生抑制或易化作用。在中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng),下行的5-HT能神經(jīng)元能夠激活抑制性中間神經(jīng)元而發(fā)揮鎮(zhèn)痛作用,且鎮(zhèn)痛作用的強(qiáng)弱與5-HT能神經(jīng)元的受體類型和分布密度有關(guān)。在外周,5-HT受體能夠參與疼痛信號(hào)的傳導(dǎo),與痛覺過敏密切相關(guān)。本文主要綜述了中樞和外周不同亞型5-HT受體在不同部位對(duì)疼痛信號(hào)的調(diào)控作用,為急慢性疼痛治療與康復(fù)的基礎(chǔ)理論研究和作用靶點(diǎn)選擇提供參考。
[Abstract]:5-hydroxytryptamine-5-HT receptors are widely distributed in the central and peripheral nervous systems and participate in the regulation of various physiological functions of the body. 5-HT and its analogues bind to 5-HT receptors in different subtypes and locations. Inhibit or facilitate pain signals. In the central nervous system, downlink 5-HT neurons can activate the inhibitory intermediate neurons and play a analgesic role, and the analgesic effect is related to the receptor type and distribution density of 5-HT neurons. Peripheral 5-HT receptors are involved in the transmission of pain signals and are closely related to hyperalgesia. This paper reviews the effects of central and peripheral subtypes of 5-HT receptors on the regulation of pain signals at different sites, and provides a reference for the basic theoretical research and target selection for the treatment and rehabilitation of acute and chronic pain.
