【摘要】：目的探討康惠爾水膠體透明貼固定留置針預(yù)防外周靜脈輸注甘露醇致靜脈炎的臨床效果。方法選取2014年6月至2015年6月醫(yī)院收治的經(jīng)外周靜脈輸注20%甘露醇患者78例,隨機(jī)分為觀察組和對(duì)照組,各39例。觀察組患者穿刺留置針后以康惠爾水膠體透明貼固定,對(duì)照組則于普通透明貼固定留置針,觀察兩組患者輸注20%甘露醇7 d的靜脈炎發(fā)生情況,比較兩組患者留置針的留置時(shí)間及患者對(duì)護(hù)理的滿意度。結(jié)果觀察組患者發(fā)生靜脈炎為5例(12.83%),對(duì)照組為13例(33.34%),觀察組明顯低于對(duì)照組,差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。觀察組患者的留置針留置時(shí)間為(7.22±3.54)d,明顯較對(duì)照組的(4.17±5.26)d長(zhǎng)(P0.05)。觀察組患者對(duì)護(hù)理的滿意度為92.30%,明顯高于對(duì)照組的74.35%(P0.05)。結(jié)論外周靜脈輸注甘露醇患者使用康惠爾水膠體透明貼固定留置針,可降低靜脈炎的發(fā)生率,延長(zhǎng)留置針的留置時(shí)間,臨床效果良好,可顯著提高患者對(duì)護(hù)理的滿意度,值得臨床推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical effect of intravenous infusion of mannitol in the prevention of phlebitis. Methods Seventy-eight patients with 20% mannitol were randomly divided into observation group and control group from June 2014 to June 2015. The patients in the observation group were fixed with Consul hydrocolloid transparent stick after puncturing the indwelling needle, while the control group was fixed with the common transparent stick. The occurrence of phlebitis was observed in 20% mannitol infusion for 7 days in the two groups. The retention time of indwelling needle and the satisfaction with nursing were compared between the two groups. Results there were 5 cases (12.83%) of phlebitis in the observation group and 13 cases (33.34%) in the control group, which were significantly lower than those in the control group (P0.05). The retention time of indwelling needle in the observation group was (7.22 鹵3.54) days, which was significantly longer than that in the control group (4.17 鹵5.26) days (P0.05). The patients' satisfaction with nursing in the observation group was 92.30%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (74.35%) (P0.05). Conclusion the intravenous infusion of mannitol can reduce the incidence of phlebitis and prolong the indwelling time of the indwelling needle. The clinical effect is good, and the patients' satisfaction with nursing can be improved significantly by using Consul hydrocolloid transparent paste to fix the indwelling needle, which can reduce the incidence of phlebitis and prolong the retention time of indwelling needle. It is worth popularizing in clinic.
