【摘要】：目的探究人工髖關節(jié)置換術(shù)后全面護理干預對改善髖關節(jié)創(chuàng)傷性骨關節(jié)炎患者生活能力效果。方法研究選取2014年1月-2016年1月進行人工髖關節(jié)置換術(shù)治療的100例患者作為研究對象,將其以隨機數(shù)字表法分為觀察組(50例)與對照組(50例),對照組患者術(shù)后常規(guī)護理,觀察組患者術(shù)后實施全面護理干預,對比兩組患者干預后療效及滿意度,并采取生活質(zhì)量量表(SF-36)評估患者生活質(zhì)量,漢密爾頓焦慮(HAMA)及抑郁(HAMD)量表評估患者干預后心理狀態(tài)。結(jié)果觀察組患者干預后療效優(yōu)良率為96.00%,顯著高于對照組82.00%,P0.05;觀察組患者護理干預總滿意率為98.00%,明顯高于對照組84.00%,P0.05;觀察組患者干預后SF-36、HAMA、HAMD量表評分均顯著優(yōu)于對照組,P均0.05,差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義。結(jié)論髖關節(jié)創(chuàng)傷性骨關節(jié)炎患者實施人工髖關節(jié)置換術(shù)治療效果良好,予以患者術(shù)后全面護理干預后患者恢復更好,生活質(zhì)量顯著提升,心理狀態(tài)改善,且護理滿意度高,具有較高臨床實施價值。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on improving the life ability of patients with traumatic osteoarthritis of hip after hip replacement. Methods 100 patients undergoing artificial hip arthroplasty from January 2014 to January 2016 were selected as study subjects. The patients were randomly divided into two groups: observation group (n = 50) and control group (n = 50). The patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing after operation, the patients in the observation group were treated with comprehensive nursing intervention, the curative effect and satisfaction were compared between the two groups, and the quality of life (QOL) was evaluated by SF-36. Hamilton anxiety (HAMA) and depression (HAMD) were used to evaluate the psychological status of the patients after intervention. Results the excellent and good rate after intervention was 96.00 in the observation group, significantly higher than that in the control group (P 0.05), the total satisfaction rate of nursing intervention in the observation group was 98.00, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (84.00). After intervention, the scores of SF-36,HAMA,HAMD scale in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion the effect of artificial hip arthroplasty in patients with traumatic osteoarthritis of hip joint is good. After comprehensive nursing intervention, the patients recover better, the quality of life is improved significantly, the psychological state is improved, and the nursing satisfaction is high. It has high clinical value.
