【摘要】：目的探討孕期體質(zhì)量管理對(duì)母嬰體質(zhì)量及妊娠結(jié)局的影響。方法便利選取2014年1-6月首次在合肥市第一人民醫(yī)院婦產(chǎn)科門(mén)診確診為早孕的557例婦女作為研究對(duì)象。在研究期限內(nèi),雙月首次行產(chǎn)前檢查且自愿接受孕期體質(zhì)量管理的279例孕早期婦女為研究組,同期單月首次行產(chǎn)前檢查的278例孕早期婦女為對(duì)照組(接受常規(guī)產(chǎn)前檢查);兩組產(chǎn)婦陰道分娩時(shí)均由助產(chǎn)士對(duì)母嬰進(jìn)行全面評(píng)估,符合條件者實(shí)施無(wú)創(chuàng)接生。比較兩組研究對(duì)象的體質(zhì)量增加值、新生兒體質(zhì)量、分娩方式、妊娠及產(chǎn)后并發(fā)癥的發(fā)生情況等。結(jié)果研究組孕婦孕期體質(zhì)量增加、新生兒體質(zhì)量及妊娠和產(chǎn)后并發(fā)癥的發(fā)生率均低于對(duì)照組,剖宮產(chǎn)率及會(huì)陰切開(kāi)率也低于對(duì)照組,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(均P0.05)。結(jié)論孕期進(jìn)行體質(zhì)量管理,能有效控制母嬰體質(zhì)量,減少妊娠及產(chǎn)后并發(fā)癥的發(fā)生,對(duì)于改善孕產(chǎn)婦的妊娠結(jié)局具有十分重要的意義。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of maternal body mass management on maternal body mass and pregnancy outcome. Methods from January to June 2014, 557 women who were diagnosed as early pregnancy in Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics Clinic of the first people's Hospital of Hefei for the first time were selected as study objects. During the study period, 279 pregnant women who first underwent prenatal examination and voluntarily received body mass management during pregnancy served as study group, while 278 early pregnant women who underwent prenatal examination for the first time in the same month served as the control group (receiving routine prenatal examination). Both groups were evaluated by midwives during vaginal delivery, and non-invasive delivery was carried out in accordance with the conditions. The body mass, body weight, delivery mode, pregnancy and postpartum complications were compared between the two groups. Results the weight of pregnant women in study group increased, the body weight of newborn and the incidence of pregnancy and postpartum complications in study group were lower than those in control group, and the rate of cesarean section and perineum incision were also lower than those in control group (P0.05). Conclusion body mass management during pregnancy can effectively control the body mass of mother and child and reduce the occurrence of pregnancy and postpartum complications, which is of great significance to improve the pregnancy outcome of pregnant women.
