【摘要】：目的探討新形勢(shì)下護(hù)士長(zhǎng)管理工作的重點(diǎn)、難點(diǎn)及創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)。方法以護(hù)士長(zhǎng)工作重點(diǎn)、難點(diǎn)、創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)為主題,綜合�？�、人員、自身,結(jié)合日常管理工作進(jìn)行20 min匯報(bào),采用內(nèi)容分析法對(duì)其進(jìn)行歸納及分類統(tǒng)計(jì)。結(jié)果護(hù)士長(zhǎng)報(bào)告的管理重點(diǎn)前兩位為保障安全管理(55.38%)和保障護(hù)理質(zhì)量(47.69%);積極團(tuán)隊(duì)文化建設(shè)(43.08%)與護(hù)士專業(yè)能力提升(35.38%)是護(hù)士長(zhǎng)面臨最多的管理難點(diǎn);創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)體現(xiàn)在積極團(tuán)隊(duì)文化的建設(shè)(30.77%)和護(hù)士專業(yè)能力的培養(yǎng)(24.62%)等。結(jié)論護(hù)理部管理者應(yīng)進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)護(hù)士長(zhǎng)對(duì)重點(diǎn)問題的管理,幫助護(hù)士長(zhǎng)積極克服管理難點(diǎn),搭建平臺(tái)促進(jìn)護(hù)士長(zhǎng)分享管理創(chuàng)新點(diǎn),對(duì)于創(chuàng)建高水平的管理人才梯度,提升高效科學(xué)的管理水平具有重要意義。
[Abstract]:Objective to discuss the emphasis, difficulty and innovation of head nurse management under the new situation. Methods the head nurses' key points, difficulties and innovation points were taken as the theme, the subjects were comprehensive specialty, personnel and themselves, and 20 min reports were carried out in combination with the daily management work, and the content analysis method was used to sum up and classify them. Results the top two management priorities of the head nurse's report were safety management (55.38%) and nursing quality (47.69%). Positive team culture construction (43.08%) and nurses professional ability improvement (35.38%) are the most difficult management problems faced by head nurses. The innovation is reflected in the construction of positive team culture (30.77%) and the cultivation of nurses' professional ability (24.62%). Conclusion the manager of nursing department should further strengthen the management of key problems, help the head nurse to overcome the difficulty of management, build a platform to promote the head nurse to share the innovation points of management, so as to create a high level of management talent gradient. It is of great significance to improve the management level of high efficiency and science.
