【摘要】：目的探討濰坊市城市社區(qū)慢性病老年人對(duì)社區(qū)護(hù)理服務(wù)項(xiàng)目的需求情況并分析相關(guān)的影響因素。方法采用多階段隨機(jī)分層抽樣方法,抽取社區(qū)老年人進(jìn)行問(wèn)卷調(diào)查。對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)資料進(jìn)行描述性統(tǒng)計(jì)和多因素Logistic回歸分析。結(jié)果慢性病老年人需求的護(hù)理項(xiàng)目前五位是一般疾病護(hù)理、慢性病長(zhǎng)期護(hù)理、安全用藥指導(dǎo)、定期隨訪(fǎng)、康復(fù)護(hù)理和指導(dǎo),而對(duì)臨終護(hù)理的需求最少。其護(hù)理服務(wù)需求隨著年齡的增長(zhǎng)、文化程度的提高、患病種類(lèi)的增多、自理能力的喪失、社會(huì)支持的減弱而提高,其中男性比女性對(duì)護(hù)理服務(wù)的需求更強(qiáng)烈。結(jié)論慢性病老年人對(duì)護(hù)理服務(wù)項(xiàng)目的需求十分強(qiáng)烈,為保證老年人的大部分健康護(hù)理需求在社區(qū)層面得到滿(mǎn)足,社區(qū)衛(wèi)生服務(wù)機(jī)構(gòu)應(yīng)大力開(kāi)展有針對(duì)性的護(hù)理服務(wù)項(xiàng)目,實(shí)現(xiàn)社區(qū)守門(mén)效應(yīng),提高老年人口生活質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the demand of community nursing service items for the elderly with chronic diseases in urban communities of Weifang city and to analyze the related factors. Methods A multi-stage random stratified sampling method was used to investigate the elderly in community. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics and multivariate Logistic regression analysis. Results the top five nursing items for the elderly with chronic diseases were general disease nursing, long-term care of chronic diseases, safe medication guidance, regular follow-up, rehabilitation care and guidance, while the demand for hospice care was the least. The demand for nursing services increased with the increase of age, education level, disease types, loss of self-care ability and weakening of social support, among which the demand for nursing services was stronger in men than in women. Conclusion there is a strong demand for nursing services for the elderly with chronic diseases. In order to ensure that most of the health care needs of the elderly are met at the community level, community health service institutions should vigorously carry out targeted nursing service projects. To realize the gatekeeping effect of community and improve the quality of life of the elderly population.
