【摘要】：干細(xì)胞是一類具有自我更新能力的多潛能細(xì)胞,在一定的條件下,可分化為多種功能細(xì)胞。而干細(xì)胞因子是指可靶向調(diào)控干細(xì)胞的干性維持、定向分化等特性的重要因子,以及在干細(xì)胞治療中產(chǎn)生的、對其修復(fù)損傷具有關(guān)鍵作用的活性因子。近年來,干細(xì)胞逐漸被應(yīng)用到各種人類疾病的治療中,但其臨床應(yīng)用仍然受到多種因素的制約。干細(xì)胞因子治療為解決及避免這些問題帶來了曙光,有望成為未來干細(xì)胞治療的新方向。
[Abstract]:Stem cells are multi-potential cells with self-renewal ability. Under certain conditions, stem cells can be differentiated into multi-functional cells. Stem cell factor (SCF) is an important factor that can be targeted to regulate stem cell dryness maintenance, directional differentiation and other characteristics, as well as the active factor which is produced in stem cell therapy and plays a key role in the repair of stem cell injury. In recent years, stem cells have been gradually used in the treatment of various human diseases, but their clinical application is still restricted by many factors. Stem cell factor therapy brings the dawn to solve and avoid these problems, and it is expected to be a new direction of stem cell therapy in the future.
