【摘要】：正蛋白質(zhì)能量消耗(PEW)在腹膜透析(PD)患者中很常見,且與PD患者生存、預(yù)后不良密切相關(guān)。對(duì)于透析患者,在高膽固醇血癥、高血壓、肥胖、PEW等諸多危險(xiǎn)因素中,PEW是死亡的最強(qiáng)預(yù)測(cè)因子。對(duì)于PD患者PEW的防治一直是我們關(guān)注的重點(diǎn),本文就PEW的診斷、現(xiàn)狀、病因及防治做一簡(jiǎn)述。
[Abstract]:Positive protein energy consumption (PEW) is common in peritoneal dialysis patients with (PD) and is closely related to the survival and poor prognosis of PD patients. For dialysis patients, PEW is the strongest predictor of death among hypercholesterolemia, hypertension, obesity, PEW and many other risk factors. The prevention and treatment of PEW in patients with PD has been the focus of our attention. This article briefly describes the diagnosis, present situation, etiology and prevention and treatment of PEW.
