【摘要】：目的探討早期康復(fù)訓(xùn)練對高血壓腦出血術(shù)后患者偏癱肢體功能恢復(fù)和日常生活活動(ADL)能力的影響。方法選擇2012年7月至2013年6月收住入院的高血壓腦出血術(shù)后患者30例作為對照組,將2013年7月至2014年6月收住入院的高血壓腦出血術(shù)后患者30例作為觀察組。對照組予以常規(guī)治療和護(hù)理,觀察組除常規(guī)治療和護(hù)理外,待病情穩(wěn)定即開始早期的康復(fù)訓(xùn)練;3周后,比較兩組肢體運動功能(Fugl-Meyer運動功能量表)和ADL能力(Barthel指數(shù))情況。結(jié)果觀察組肢體運動功能評分和日常生活活動能力明顯優(yōu)于對照組,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論早期康復(fù)訓(xùn)練能提高患者的偏癱肢體運動能力,進(jìn)一步改善高血壓腦出血術(shù)后患者日常生活活動能力,為腦出血術(shù)后早期臨床康復(fù)的開展提供重要的依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effects of early rehabilitation training on the recovery of limb function and (ADL) activity of hemiplegic patients after hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage (hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage). Methods Thirty patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage received admission from July 2012 to June 2013 were selected as control group and 30 patients received admission from July 2013 to June 2014 as observation group. The control group was given routine treatment and nursing, and the observation group, except routine treatment and nursing, began early rehabilitation training when the condition was stable. After 3 weeks, limb motor function (Fugl-Meyer motor function scale) and ADL ability (Barthel index) were compared between the two groups. Results the scores of motor function and ADL in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group (P0.05). Conclusion early rehabilitation training can improve the motor ability of hemiplegic limbs, improve the activities of daily life of patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage, and provide an important basis for the early clinical rehabilitation of patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.
