【摘要】：目的研究人文護(hù)理干預(yù)模式對(duì)精神科患者焦慮水平和社會(huì)功能的影響。方法選取2015年10月~2016年11月我院收治的136例精神科患者,按不同的護(hù)理措施分為對(duì)照組63例與研究組73例,對(duì)照組采取常規(guī)護(hù)理,研究組采取人文護(hù)理模式,比較兩組生存質(zhì)量與心理狀態(tài)評(píng)分。結(jié)果研究組生存質(zhì)量與心理狀態(tài)評(píng)分較對(duì)照組優(yōu),差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論精神科患者行人文護(hù)理干預(yù)模式可改善負(fù)面情緒,提高生存質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the influence of humanistic nursing intervention model on anxiety level and social function of psychiatric patients. Methods 136 psychiatric patients admitted to our hospital from October 2015 to November 2016 were divided into control group (63 cases) and study group (73 cases) according to different nursing measures. The scores of quality of life and mental state were compared between the two groups. Results the scores of quality of life and mental state in the study group were better than those in the control group (P0.05). Conclusion the intervention mode of humanistic nursing in psychiatric patients can improve the negative emotion and improve the quality of life.
