【摘要】：目的運(yùn)用患者主觀全面評(píng)定法(PG-SGA)對(duì)非手術(shù)惡性腫瘤住院患者進(jìn)行營(yíng)養(yǎng)狀況調(diào)查,探討非手術(shù)腫瘤患者營(yíng)養(yǎng)不良的發(fā)生情況,為指導(dǎo)臨床營(yíng)養(yǎng)干預(yù)提供依據(jù)。方法選取2014年8~10月在重慶市腫瘤醫(yī)院放療科、腫瘤內(nèi)科、中醫(yī)腫瘤科和血液腫瘤科48h內(nèi)新入院的腫瘤患者,運(yùn)用PG-SGA進(jìn)行營(yíng)養(yǎng)評(píng)估,用SPSS13.0軟件進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果共計(jì)納入901例年齡18~90歲的非手術(shù)惡性腫瘤患者,營(yíng)養(yǎng)不良的發(fā)生率為79.9%;年齡越大營(yíng)養(yǎng)不良發(fā)生率越高,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);營(yíng)養(yǎng)良好組的體質(zhì)量指數(shù)(BMI)顯著高于營(yíng)養(yǎng)不良組(P0.05),消化道惡性腫瘤患者重度營(yíng)養(yǎng)不良發(fā)生率最高,各癌種間營(yíng)養(yǎng)狀況差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論腫瘤患者營(yíng)養(yǎng)不良發(fā)生較普遍,PG-SGA營(yíng)養(yǎng)狀況評(píng)估用于非手術(shù)惡性腫瘤患者,有利于營(yíng)養(yǎng)不良的早期發(fā)現(xiàn)和早期干預(yù)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the nutritional status of inpatients with non-operative malignant tumor by means of subjective comprehensive evaluation (PG-SGA), and to explore the incidence of malnutrition in non-operative cancer patients, and to provide evidence for guiding clinical nutrition intervention. Methods from August to October, 2014, the patients who were admitted to the department of radiotherapy, department of oncology, department of traditional Chinese medicine and department of blood oncology in Chongqing Cancer Hospital were evaluated with PG-SGA and analyzed statistically by SPSS13.0 software. Results A total of 901 non-operative malignant tumor patients aged 1890 years were included. The incidence of malnutrition was 79.9%, and the incidence of malnutrition increased with age. The difference was statistically significant (P0.05); the body mass index (BMI) of good nutrition group was significantly higher than that of malnutrition group (P0.05). The incidence of severe malnutrition in patients with gastrointestinal cancer was the highest, and the difference of nutritional status among cancer species was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion malnutrition is common in tumor patients. PG-SGA nutritional status assessment is beneficial to early detection and intervention of malnutrition in patients with non-operative malignant tumors.
