【摘要】：目的探討高校與非高校獻(xiàn)血者的血液檢測(cè)結(jié)果的差異,了解當(dāng)前大學(xué)生無(wú)償獻(xiàn)血的現(xiàn)狀,為招募更多潛在獻(xiàn)血者提供參考依據(jù)。方法根據(jù)2011-2015年廣州市高校與非高校獻(xiàn)血者的數(shù)據(jù),分析輸血相關(guān)傳染病標(biāo)志物不合格率的變化,探討高校獻(xiàn)血者血液檢測(cè)結(jié)果與性別、年齡、獻(xiàn)血次數(shù)和院校性質(zhì)的關(guān)系。結(jié)果高校獻(xiàn)血者的不合格率比非高校要低(2015年分別為2.59%和3.58%),而兩者的不合格率均呈下降趨勢(shì);2015年,醫(yī)學(xué)院校獻(xiàn)血者比高職和本科綜合院校合格率高(P0.01);高校獻(xiàn)血者的血液檢測(cè)合格與年齡呈負(fù)相關(guān)(0.80,P0.01,趨勢(shì)檢驗(yàn)),與獻(xiàn)血次數(shù)(1.97,P0.01,趨勢(shì)檢驗(yàn))和女性(1.68,P0.01,趨勢(shì)檢驗(yàn))呈正相關(guān)。結(jié)論廣州市內(nèi)無(wú)償獻(xiàn)血者的不合格率在逐年下降,但高校獻(xiàn)血者比其他獻(xiàn)血者擁有更高的合格率,所以高校獻(xiàn)者仍然是血液的安全來(lái)源。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the difference of blood test results between college blood donors and non-university blood donors, and to understand the current situation of free blood donation among college students, so as to provide reference for recruiting more potential blood donors. Methods based on the data of blood donors from colleges and universities in Guangzhou from 2011 to 2015, the changes of unqualified rate of blood transfusion related infectious disease markers were analyzed, and the relationship between blood test results and sex, age, times of blood donation and the nature of colleges and universities was discussed. Results the unqualified rate of college blood donors was lower than that of non-college donors (2.59% and 3.58% in 2015, respectively), and both of them showed a downward trend. The qualified rate of blood donors in medical colleges was higher than that in higher vocational colleges and undergraduate comprehensive colleges (P0.01), and there was a negative correlation between blood quality and age (0.80% P0.01, trend test), and positive correlation between blood donors (1.97% P0.01, trend test) and women (1.68% P0.01, trend test). Conclusion the unqualified rate of unpaid blood donors in Guangzhou is decreasing year by year, but the college blood donors have a higher qualified rate than other blood donors, so college donors are still the safe source of blood.
