【摘要】：目的 了解廣州市番禺區(qū)中心醫(yī)院2015年臨床分離菌的分布及耐藥情況,為指導(dǎo)臨床工作提供依據(jù)。方法 對(duì)2015年1月-12月臨床送檢的分離株進(jìn)行藥敏試驗(yàn)采用紙片擴(kuò)散法(KB法),2014年CLSI標(biāo)準(zhǔn)判斷藥敏結(jié)果,用WHONET5.6軟件進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)分析。結(jié)果 2015年共分離細(xì)菌4 212株,其中革蘭陰性菌3 132株,占74.4%,革蘭陽性菌1 080株,占25.6%,檢出前3位的細(xì)菌分別是大腸埃希菌956株占22.7%,肺炎克雷伯菌588株占14.0%,銅綠假單胞菌584株占13.9%,耐甲氧西林金黃色葡萄球菌和耐甲氧西林凝固酶陰性葡萄球菌檢出率分別是26.6%和78.6%,未發(fā)現(xiàn)耐萬古霉素腸球菌,產(chǎn)ESBLs大腸埃希菌和肺炎克雷伯菌的檢出率分別是43.5%和19.0%,檢出3株耐碳青霉烯類大腸埃希菌。結(jié)論 番禺區(qū)總體耐藥形式相對(duì)緩和,耐藥菌以耐甲氧西林葡萄球菌和產(chǎn)ESBL腸桿菌比率高,檢出3株耐烯青霉稀類大腸埃希菌應(yīng)引起重視,應(yīng)加強(qiáng)細(xì)菌耐藥性監(jiān)測(cè)和多藥耐藥菌管理,預(yù)防多藥耐藥菌院內(nèi)傳播及合理使用抗菌藥物。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the distribution and drug resistance of clinical isolates in Panyu District Central Hospital of Guangzhou in 2015. Methods Drug sensitivity test was carried out in clinical isolates from January to December 2015 by KB method. The results of drug sensitivity were judged by CLSI standard in 2014. The data were analyzed by WHONET5.6 software. Results A total of 4 212 strains of bacteria were isolated in 2015, of which 3 132 were Gram-negative bacteria (74.4%), 1 080 were Gram-positive bacteria. The top three bacteria were Escherichia coli, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus and methicillin-resistant coagulase negative Staphylococcus, respectively. The rates of vancomycin-resistant Enterococcus were 26.6% and 78.6%, respectively, and no vancomycin resistant Enterococcus was found. The positive rates of ESBLs producing Escherichia coli and Klebsiella pneumoniae were 43.5% and 19.0%, respectively. Three strains of carbapene-resistant Escherichia coli were detected. Conclusion the overall drug resistance of Panyu district is relatively mild. The ratio of methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus to Enterobacter ESBL is high. The detection of three strains of Escherichia coli resistant to penicillium should be paid more attention to. The surveillance of bacterial resistance and the management of multidrug resistant bacteria should be strengthened to prevent the spread of multidrug resistant bacteria in hospital and the rational use of antimicrobial agents.
