新疆北疆地區(qū)哈薩克族人群Rh陰性血清學(xué)表型分布調(diào)查

【摘要】:目的了解新疆北疆地區(qū)哈薩克族人群Rh陰性血型表型血清學(xué)的多態(tài)性,為臨床科學(xué)、安全輸血提供參考依據(jù)。對新生兒溶血病也具有重要的臨床意義。方法隨機(jī)整群抽取新疆北疆地區(qū)不同部落哈薩克族人群的無關(guān)個體22 660人,采用試管法檢測Rh D抗原。Rh D陰性樣本,用間接抗球蛋白試驗確認(rèn),用抗-C、抗-c、抗-E、抗-e單克隆抗血清檢測表型。結(jié)果檢出Rh(D)陰性個體673例,弱D21例,新疆北疆地區(qū)哈薩克族Rh(D)陰性率為2.97%,Rh陰性表型在ABO血型中的分布為OBAAB,血清學(xué)表型頻率dccee(85.74%)d Ccee(10.55%)dcc Ee(2.52%)dc CEe(0.89%)d CCee(0.30%)。單倍型基因頻率dce(0.924 171)d Ce(0.058 558)dc E(0.013 614)d CE(0.003 657)。結(jié)論新疆北疆地區(qū)哈薩克族人群Rh陰性血型表型分布,具有本民族特征。哈薩克族具有白種人和東方人滲透、融合的特征。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the phenotypic polymorphism of Rh negative blood group in Kazakh population in northern Xinjiang, and to provide reference for clinical science and safe blood transfusion. It also has important clinical significance for neonatal hemolytic disease. Methods A total of 22 660 unrelated individuals from Kazak ethnic groups from different tribes in northern Xinjiang were randomly selected. Rh D antigen. Rh D negative samples were detected by tube method and confirmed by indirect antiglobulin test. The phenotypes were detected by anti-C, anti-c, anti-E, anti-e monoclonal antisera. Results there were 673 Rh (D) negative individuals, 21 weak D cases and 2.97 Rh negative phenotype in ABO blood group of Kazak nationality in northern Xinjiang. The frequency of OBAAB, serological phenotype was dccee (85.74%) d Ccee (10.55%) dcc Ee (2.52%) dc CEe (0.89%) d CCee (0.30%). Haplotype gene frequency dce (0.924 171) d Ce (0.058 558) dc E (0.013 614) d CE (0.003 657). Conclusion the phenotypic distribution of Rh negative blood group in Kazak population in northern Xinjiang is of its own ethnic characteristics. Kazakh people have the characteristics of infiltration and integration between Caucasians and oriental people.
