【摘要】：現(xiàn)代人工關(guān)節(jié)置換術(shù)是20世紀(jì)骨科的一次革命性進(jìn)展~([1])。20世紀(jì)80年代,美國(guó)有約有50 000例患者接受膝關(guān)節(jié)置換術(shù),而20世紀(jì)90年代為約144 000例~([2]);我國(guó)約有130萬(wàn)骨關(guān)節(jié)炎患者需要行人工關(guān)節(jié)手術(shù)~([3])。目前,應(yīng)用效果較好且較廣泛的人工關(guān)節(jié)是髖關(guān)節(jié)和膝關(guān)節(jié)~([4])。髖膝關(guān)節(jié)置換術(shù)后患者康復(fù)的時(shí)間相對(duì)較長(zhǎng),更多的康復(fù)訓(xùn)練是在院外完成,而關(guān)節(jié)功能的康復(fù)對(duì)手術(shù)療效的評(píng)判和患者生活質(zhì)量的恢復(fù)尤為重要。由此延續(xù)護(hù)理應(yīng)運(yùn)而生,它將以患者為中心的服務(wù)理念延伸到患者的家
[Abstract]:Modern arthroplasty is a revolutionary development in orthopedics in the 20th century. In the 1980s, about 50,000 patients in the United States underwent knee arthroplasty. In the 1990s, there were about 144,000 cases of osteoarthritis in China, and about 1.3 million patients with osteoarthritis needed artificial joint surgery. At present, hip joint and knee joint are the most effective and widely used artificial joints. The rehabilitation time of the patients after hip and knee arthroplasty is relatively long, more rehabilitation training is completed outside the hospital, and the rehabilitation of joint function is particularly important for the evaluation of the curative effect of the operation and the recovery of the patient's quality of life. As a result, continuous care came into being, extending the patient-centered service concept to the patient's home.
