【摘要】：綜述品管圈(QCC)活動在我國手術(shù)室器械及相關(guān)物品管理、手術(shù)室安全質(zhì)量管理、手術(shù)室無菌技術(shù)操作質(zhì)量管理、手術(shù)室護(hù)士業(yè)務(wù)素質(zhì)管理、手術(shù)室?guī)Ы碳芭嘤?xùn)管理、手術(shù)室人際關(guān)系管理、手術(shù)室醫(yī)療文件管理等其他方面的應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀與進(jìn)展,并結(jié)合臨床實(shí)踐作出思考,提出品管圈活動運(yùn)用到護(hù)理管理中可能存在的一些問題。
[Abstract]:This paper summarizes the management of instruments and related items in operating room, safety and quality management of operating room, operation quality management of aseptic technology in operating room, professional quality management of nurses in operating room, management of teaching and training in operating room. The present situation and progress in the application of interpersonal relationship management in operating room and medical document management in operating room, and some possible problems in the application of quality control activities to nursing management were put forward in the light of clinical practice.
