醫(yī)護團隊仿真模擬配合機器人手術的方法及效果

【摘要】:目的總結達芬奇機器人手術系統(tǒng)輔助腹腔鏡手術配合護士仿真模擬培訓的經(jīng)驗及效果。方法回顧性分析并總結2014年9月至2015年9月本院機器人手術配合護士運用醫(yī)護團隊仿真模擬培訓的方法,該培訓體系包括3個階段:第一階段理論學習,包括機器人理論學習和?评碚搶W習,培訓前后分別考核;第二階段基于3D打印培訓模具仿真培訓,培訓前后分別記錄各項護理操作完成時間;第三階段觀看經(jīng)典手術視頻,比較每名配合護士培訓前后考核得分及護理操作完成時間。結果配合護士培訓后,達芬奇機器人手術系統(tǒng)理論知識、?浦R中的手術方式、采用體位考核及護理操作完成時間優(yōu)于培訓前(P0.05),?浦R中的術前物品準備、手術步驟及手術關注點培訓前后差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結論醫(yī)護團隊仿真模擬培訓能提高機器人手術配合護士的工作技能。
[Abstract]:Objective to summarize the experience and effect of Leonardo da Vinci robotic surgery system assisted laparoscopic surgery and nurse simulation training. Methods from September 2014 to September 2015, the methods of simulation training of robot operation with nurses in our hospital were analyzed and summarized. The training system included three stages: the first stage was theoretical learning. The second stage is based on 3D printing training mold simulation training, before and after training to record the completion time of each nursing operation; the third stage to watch classic surgery video, Compare the scores of each nurse before and after training and the completion time of nursing operation. Results after training with nurses, the theoretical knowledge of Leonardo da Vinci robot surgery system and the operation mode in specialized knowledge were better than those before training (P0.05) by using postural examination and nursing operation (P0.05), and the preparation of preoperative items in specialized knowledge was better than that before training (P0.05). There was no significant difference before and after the training of surgical procedures and attention points (P0.05). Conclusion the simulation training of medical team can improve the working skills of nurses who cooperate with robot surgery.
