【摘要】：1目的觀察全膝關(guān)節(jié)置換術(shù)后早期系統(tǒng)康復(fù)鍛煉的臨床效果。2方法選取我科2014年7月~2015年12月行單膝關(guān)節(jié)置換的70例患者,按照數(shù)字表法隨機(jī)分為觀察組和對(duì)照組,各35例。觀察組術(shù)后給予早期系統(tǒng)康復(fù)鍛煉,對(duì)照組給予常規(guī)康復(fù)鍛煉,比較兩組患者術(shù)后早期膝關(guān)節(jié)功能及生活質(zhì)量。3結(jié)果觀察組患者術(shù)后14天、30天膝關(guān)節(jié)百分評(píng)分系統(tǒng)(HSS)評(píng)分分別為(88.1±3.4)分、(93.4±2.6)分,對(duì)照組分別為(83.8±3.6)分、(91.1±3.2)分,兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義;術(shù)后7天、14天日常生活運(yùn)動(dòng)(ADL)評(píng)分分別為(84.1±5.6)分、(94.1±6.4)分,對(duì)照組分別(79.5±6.1)分、(88.4±7.6)分,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。4結(jié)論全膝關(guān)節(jié)置換術(shù)后早期系統(tǒng)康復(fù)鍛煉能加快患者康復(fù),使患者膝關(guān)節(jié)功能早日達(dá)到理想水平。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the clinical effect of early systemic rehabilitation exercise after total knee arthroplasty. Methods 70 patients with single knee joint replacement from July 2014 to December 2015 in our department were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to digital table method, 35 cases in each group. The observation group was given early systematic rehabilitation exercise, while the control group was given routine rehabilitation exercise. Results the knee joint function and quality of life (QOL) were compared between the two groups. The (HSS) scores of knee joint scoring system were (88.1 鹵3.4), (93.4 鹵2.6) and (83.8 鹵3.6) and (91.1 鹵3.2), respectively, in the observation group on the 14th day and 30th day after operation, and in the control group, they were (83.8 鹵3.6) and (91.1 鹵3.2), respectively. The (ADL) scores of ADL were (84.1 鹵5.6), (94.1 鹵6.4) and (79.5 鹵6.1), (88.4 鹵7.6), respectively. Conclusion early systematic rehabilitation exercise after total knee arthroplasty can accelerate the rehabilitation of patients and make the knee joint function reach the ideal level as soon as possible.
