【摘要】：目的分析探討胃癌術(shù)后早期康復(fù)功能鍛煉結(jié)合腹部按摩對(duì)肛門排氣的影響。方法選擇我院2014-04-01-2015-02-01收治的81例胃癌術(shù)后患者作為研究對(duì)象。81例患者均使用數(shù)字抽取法進(jìn)行分組,分為實(shí)驗(yàn)組41例和對(duì)照組40例,實(shí)驗(yàn)組在護(hù)理過程中實(shí)施早期康復(fù)功能鍛煉結(jié)合腹部按摩,對(duì)照組在護(hù)理過程中僅實(shí)施早期康復(fù)功能鍛煉,護(hù)理結(jié)束后,對(duì)比分析兩組的肛門排氣恢復(fù)時(shí)間和護(hù)理舒適率。結(jié)果實(shí)驗(yàn)組和對(duì)照組的護(hù)理舒適率分別為95.12%和65.00%(P0.05),兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。實(shí)驗(yàn)組的肛門排氣恢復(fù)時(shí)間低于對(duì)照組,P0.05。結(jié)論胃癌術(shù)后早期康復(fù)功能鍛煉結(jié)合腹部按摩對(duì)肛門排氣具有積極影響,且患者的護(hù)理舒適率較高,故認(rèn)為胃癌術(shù)后患者為了進(jìn)一步恢復(fù)肛門排氣,可采取早期康復(fù)功能鍛煉結(jié)合腹部按摩的方式。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the effect of early rehabilitation exercise combined with abdominal massage on anal exhaust after gastric cancer surgery. Methods Eighty-one patients with gastric cancer treated in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2015-02-01 were divided into experimental group (n = 41) and control group (n = 40). The experimental group carried out early rehabilitation function exercise combined with abdominal massage in the nursing process, while the control group only carried out early rehabilitation function exercise in the nursing process. After nursing, the recovery time of anal exhaust and the nursing comfort rate of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results the nursing comfort rates of the experimental group and the control group were 95.12% and 65.00% respectively (P0.05), and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant. The recovery time of anal exhaust in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion early rehabilitation exercise combined with abdominal massage has a positive effect on anal exhaust after gastric cancer operation, and the nursing comfort rate of the patients is higher. It is concluded that patients with gastric cancer after operation in order to further recover anal exhaust. Early rehabilitation functional exercise combined with abdominal massage can be adopted.
