【摘要】：目的評價匹茲堡睡眠質(zhì)量指數(shù)(PSQI)在農(nóng)村老年人群中的信度和效度。方法采用分層整群隨機抽樣的方法,從四川省某市農(nóng)村地區(qū)選取共318名年齡≥60歲的老年人作為研究對象。用分半信度、內(nèi)在一致性信度考察其信度,用區(qū)分效度、結(jié)構(gòu)效度考察其效度。結(jié)果觀察對象PSQI分半信度系數(shù)為0.833;16個條目總體Cronbach'sα系數(shù)為0.767;7個成分間區(qū)分效度定標試驗成功概率為100%;驗證性因子分析顯示雙因子模型和三因子模型擬合較好(RMESA、NFI、CFI各自為0.037、0.972、0.992;0.000、0.992、1.000)。結(jié)論 PSQI量表用于農(nóng)村老年群具有良好的信度和效度,雙因子結(jié)構(gòu)和三因子結(jié)構(gòu)模型均適用于農(nóng)村老年人群體。考慮到三因子結(jié)構(gòu)兩個因子內(nèi)部內(nèi)在一致性較低,在農(nóng)村老年人中使用PSQI量表以雙因子結(jié)構(gòu)更為合適。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the reliability and validity of Pittsburgh Sleep quality Index (PSQI) in rural elderly population. Methods using stratified cluster random sampling, 318 elderly people aged more than 60 years were selected from a rural area of Sichuan province as the research object. The reliability was evaluated by split-half reliability, intrinsic consistency reliability, distinguishing validity and structural validity. Results the PSQI split-half reliability coefficient was 0.833; the total Cronbach's 偽 coefficient of 16 items was 0.767; the probability of success in the discriminant validity calibration test among 7 components was 100; and the confirmatory factor analysis showed that the double-factor model and the three-factor model fitted well (RMESA,NFI,CFI was 0.037 0. 972X 0.9920.000 0.9921.000 respectively). Conclusion the PSQI scale has good reliability and validity in the rural elderly group, and the two-factor structure and three-factor structure model are suitable for the rural elderly population. Considering that the internal consistency of the two factors is low, it is more appropriate to use the PSQI scale in the rural elderly to use the two-factor structure.
