【摘要】:正細(xì)胞輔助脂肪移植技術(shù)(Cell-assisted lipotransfer)是將自體脂肪源性干細(xì)胞(Adipose-derived stem cells,ADSCs)與脂肪細(xì)胞混合,聯(lián)合注射移植[1-2]。該技術(shù)涉及到細(xì)胞的分離、提取、運(yùn)輸和保存等一系列操作程序,不同于普通脂肪移植獲取脂肪后馬上進(jìn)行移植注射。如何在這期間保護(hù)顆粒脂肪活力就顯得非常重要。因此,在臨床操作中,從脂肪顆粒的獲
