【摘要】：目的比較微量板法與試管法檢測(cè)ABO血型Ig M抗體效價(jià)的差異。方法使用微柱凝集法對(duì)129例健康供者和91例造血干細(xì)胞移植患者進(jìn)行ABO血型正反定型鑒定,根據(jù)反定型結(jié)果,同1標(biāo)本同時(shí)經(jīng)試管法與微量板法進(jìn)行ABO血型Ig M抗體效價(jià)測(cè)定并進(jìn)行比較。結(jié)果 220例被研究者中,162例標(biāo)本需要進(jìn)行抗體效價(jià)檢測(cè)�？�-A/抗-B效價(jià)在不同病例群體中,2種方法檢測(cè)的一致性差異不具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);2種方法檢測(cè)造血干細(xì)胞移植患者ABO血型抗體效價(jià)、健康供者抗-A效價(jià)的差異不具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);微量板法測(cè)得的健康供者抗-B效價(jià)明顯低于試管法(17.78±3.02 vs 19.05±2.95,P0.05)。結(jié)論全自動(dòng)微量板法微量板法可廣泛用于造血干細(xì)胞移植患者ABO血型Ig M抗體效價(jià)的檢測(cè),而用于健康供者抗-B效價(jià)檢測(cè)時(shí)抗體效價(jià)低于試管法,必要時(shí)需要增加試管法。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the titer of ABO blood group Ig M antibody between microplate method and test tube method. Methods using microcolumn agglutination method, 129 healthy donors and 91 patients with hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT) were identified by positive and negative typing of ABO blood group. The titers of Ig M antibody of ABO blood group were determined and compared by the method of test tube and microplate at the same time. Results 162 samples of 220 subjects need to be tested for antibody titer. There was no significant difference in the consistency between the two methods in detecting the titer of ABO blood group in patients with hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (P0.05), and there was no significant difference between the two methods in detecting the titer of ABO blood group antibody in patients with hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT). There was no significant difference in anti--A titer of healthy donors (P0.05), and the anti-B titer of healthy donors measured by microplate method was significantly lower than that of test tube method (17.78 鹵3.02 vs 19.05 鹵2.95 P 0.05). Conclusion automatic microplate method can be widely used in the detection of ABO blood group Ig M antibody titer in patients with hematopoietic stem cell transplantation, but the antibody titer of anti-B antibody in healthy donors is lower than that of the test tube method, and it is necessary to increase the test tube method if necessary.
