【摘要】：目的觀察精神病科患者的護理流程同時結(jié)合風(fēng)險管理理念進行再造,分析其應(yīng)用效果。方法選取2015年1月~12月我院精神科收治的抗精神病治療的患者90例作為研究對象,隨機分為對照組和觀察組,各45例。所有患者進行針對性的風(fēng)險管理理念應(yīng)用效果分析,對照組患者住院治療期間應(yīng)用常規(guī)護理,觀察組患者則在接受治療中實施風(fēng)險管理,記錄患者的意外事件發(fā)生率,并且調(diào)查患者的護理滿意度。結(jié)果觀察組患者在接受治療期間的意外事件發(fā)生率為4.4%(2/45),明顯低于對照組的13.3%(6/45),同時觀察組精神病患者對治療的滿意度為93.3%(42/45),明顯高于對照組的80%(36/45),差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論在精神科護理流程再造中結(jié)合風(fēng)險管理能夠有效降低意外事件發(fā)生率,同時提升總體的護理滿意度,值得在臨床治療中推廣應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the nursing process of psychiatric patients and reengineer it with risk management concept and analyze its application effect. Methods from January to December 2015, 90 patients with antipsychotic treatment were randomly divided into control group and observation group, each with 45 cases. All patients were analyzed the effect of applying risk management concept. The patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing during hospitalization, while the patients in the observation group were treated with risk management to record the incidence of accidents. The nursing satisfaction of patients was investigated. Results the incidence of accidental events in the observation group was 4.4% (2 / 45), which was significantly lower than that in the control group (13. 3%) (6 / 45). At the same time, the satisfaction rate of the psychotic patients in the observation group was 93. 3% (42 / 45), which was significantly higher than that in the control group (80%) (36 / 45) (P0.05). Conclusion the combination of risk management and nursing process reengineering in psychiatric department can effectively reduce the incidence of accidents and improve the overall nursing satisfaction. It is worth popularizing in clinical treatment.
