【摘要】：目的探討急診ICU護(hù)士重癥護(hù)理中所存在的問(wèn)題,分析問(wèn)題制定對(duì)策,對(duì)重癥護(hù)理工作開(kāi)展指導(dǎo)。方法對(duì)我院32名急診ICU護(hù)士在重癥護(hù)理過(guò)程中存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行探究分析,針對(duì)問(wèn)題制定相應(yīng)的解決策略,采取院內(nèi)或科室培訓(xùn),提高ICU護(hù)士的專業(yè)素質(zhì)。結(jié)果所有ICU護(hù)士在完成技能培訓(xùn)后,92%的護(hù)士對(duì)于基礎(chǔ)專業(yè)知識(shí)、護(hù)理重點(diǎn)、臨床急救能力和注意事項(xiàng)等方面的能力明顯得到提升。結(jié)論醫(yī)院加強(qiáng)ICU護(hù)士的專業(yè)技能培訓(xùn),完善了護(hù)理人員的教育培養(yǎng)方案,使培訓(xùn)工作更科學(xué)合理。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the existing problems of emergency ICU nurses in intensive care, analyze the problems and formulate countermeasures to guide the work of intensive care. Methods the problems of 32 emergency ICU nurses in the course of intensive nursing in our hospital were investigated and analyzed. The corresponding solving strategies were worked out and the training in hospital or department was adopted to improve the professional quality of ICU nurses. Results after completing the skill training, 92% of the nurses with ICU improved their ability in basic professional knowledge, nursing focus, clinical emergency treatment and matters needing attention. Conclusion to strengthen the training of professional skills of ICU nurses in hospital, improve the training program of nursing staff and make the training work more scientific and reasonable.
