【摘要】：目的觀察鏡像療法結(jié)合感覺(jué)再教育訓(xùn)練對(duì)第二足趾再造拇指術(shù)后感覺(jué)功能恢復(fù)的療效。方法 2011年1月~2014年1月行第二足趾移植再造拇指術(shù)后患者40例分為對(duì)照組(n=20)和訓(xùn)練組(n=20)。兩組均接受常規(guī)護(hù)理和康復(fù)訓(xùn)練,訓(xùn)練組增加鏡像療法和感覺(jué)再教育訓(xùn)練。術(shù)后隨訪6~18個(gè)月,平均9.3個(gè)月,測(cè)量移植趾腹兩點(diǎn)辨別覺(jué)(2-PD)。結(jié)果訓(xùn)練組移植趾腹2-PD為(7.15±1.15)mm,顯著低于對(duì)照組(10.23±2.23)mm(t=5.4898,P0.001)。結(jié)論鏡像療法結(jié)合感覺(jué)再教育訓(xùn)練可有效地改善移植足趾再造手指指腹感覺(jué)功能。
[Abstract]:Objective To observe the effect of mirror therapy combined with sensory reeducation training on the recovery of sensory function after thumb reconstruction with second toe.Methods Forty cases of thumb reconstruction with second toe transplantation from January 2011 to January 2014 were divided into control group (n=20) and training group (n=20). Results The 2-PD of the transplanted toe-pulp in the training group was (7.15 +1.15) mm, significantly lower than that in the control group (10.23 +2.23) mm (t = 5.4898, P 0.001).
